Buffalo Wild Wings

I have dined at Buffalo Wild Wings many times since they opened.  Unfortunately they have steadily went down hill.  Yesterday was the last straw.  I realize this is a "sports bar", but with a prominently placed kids menu I expect it to be family friendly also.  While attempting to dine yesterday, the music was so loud I could not hear the other people sitting at my table.  We had to yell as if we were in da club.  The music was so loud the waitress could not hear us and subsequently got our order incorrect - wild wings instead of mild wings.  When asked to turn the music down, the manager, who spent the entire hour we were there effing with the sound system, shot us dirty looks.  I understand it is not a quiet place and people go there to watch the game, but it is hard to enjoy your visit with Kelly Clarkson screaming at the top of her lungs with the music at its highest setting.  If you were to bring you child I would be concerned what it may do to their hearing.  At least if it was one of the games playing there would be a break and something to follow.

Aside from the volume, the quality of the food has also diminished.  We also had to ask for things (ranch, napkins) several times to several people. This is not the same experience as it was years ago when they first opened.  Which is sad as we enjoyed grabbing a beer and wings every once in a while.  :(

Lastly, when we arrived, there was water on the floor and I slipped a bit and caught myself.  I let the hostess know so someone wouldn't get hurt (and they get sued)  When we were leaving there was still water all over the floor.  Maybe she couldn't hear me over the music :)

I really only go here for the UFC events.  Come early, as in at least an hour early if you want a seat!
The food is just another chain.  The habanero-mango sauce is liquid lava and tasty!
They have a vast selection of beers on tap, but could use more local selections instead of all the macrobrews.
Last time I went in they had Koko Brown on tap, NICE!

Friday night was a busy night but the service, food and drinks were all top notch! Great job everyone!
