What can I say? It's your run-of-the-mill sports bar at a larger scale. Granted, I was in a group of 8, but the automatic 18% gratuity was a little extreme based on the service we received. We went in on a Wednesday night, and we were one of the three full tables in the entire restaurant. We ordered wings, salads, and a burger. However, we saw every other table get their food first, PLUS other tables that came in after the others left got their food first. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before we finally got out food, and it was sub-par.
I ordered the boneless wings with celery and carrots to go with it. The vegetables were brown and looked old. Very disappointed. I also ordered the vinegar/sea salt fries. Where is the vinegar?? They tasted like regular fries to me. Finally, I ordered the artichoke spinach flatbread. I don't know what I was expecting. It was alright. The dough was at least cooked through. The spinach was nearly invisible and it was very bland.
In all, it's what you expect. I do think the automatic tip is ridiculous, however. I think that the waitresses use their automatic tip as a reason to never check up on us at all. Disappointed.
Was pretty disappointed by my NCAA Tournament experience here. The only thing management did was pre-program the tournament games into DirecTV. I am not a big fan of the projection screen  televisions, especially during the daylight. The wings were cold and barely cooked. The fried pickles and good service were definitely the highlights.
Review Source:Very busy Sat night visit so instead of waiting for table, wife and I hit the bar area since seats were available. Â Ordered drinks - Cosmo and New Castle. Â Food orders were taken and since it was pretty busy, it did take perhaps 20-25 min to show up. Dozen wings and black and blue burger. Â Wings were Ok - Archie Moore's are much better. Â Burger was just so-so - a step above a fast food level, but not much. Â Substituted cole slaw for fries. Bill came and Ouch. Without my wife asking, they had in fact made Dbl shot cosmo to the tune of $12. Â Tall New Castle as $7.25 and standard was $6. I noticed that the cole slaw as extra charge of $1.30 on top of $9 burger. Â I wouldn't recommend this place.
Review Source:I was  not sure I wanted to visit this location after the general tone of the other reviews, but I gave it a try.
I arrived at 12:45 on a weekday to meet a friend for lunch. It had been 15 years since I'd eaten at a BWW.
I liked the long bar and the abundance of high tables in the bar area. Room for plenty of people without feeling cramped. I especially liked the wall that separated the bar from the "family area."
Cleanliness was a bit spotty, Barely two hours after opening and the restroom floor felt a bit sticky. There was also a straw wrapper in the corner of the bar that the bartender and many servers ignored.
The bartender I had was friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see Angry Orchard cider on tap.
The food was good. The wings were delicious. The Blazin' sauce was as hot as I remembered, and the Honey Habanero combined sweet and heat perfectly. The nachos were flavorful with thin chips that were not soggy.
Food arrived within 3-5 minutes of ordering. It was hot, but such speed always makes me a bit suspicious.
If you're a sports fan, there are plenty of screens everywhere.
By the time we left several hours later the bar area was packed. There were a few families in the family area. My guess is that most of the servers were assigned to the bar area because that's where the crowd was.
Overall, I'd visit again. I wish they had more locations in my area. I might go more often.
I came here for the first time mid-afternoon on a Monday and (as you might assume) the place was almost empty. The space is huge, but I could see it filling up quick if there was a good game on.
I know this is a chain and the menu really can't be changed, but I was shocked to see the lack of healthy options. Besides the veggies and dip for an app, I didn't see many healthy options.
After reviewing the menu, I gave up and ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread minus the blue cheese dressing and with just a little cheese. It tasted fine, it just wasn't anything extra special.
I'd go back to watch a game, but I might eat my meal before I go!
I've gone here on multiple occasions, and each time it has gotten progressively worse. The last two times are what will keep me from ever going back, both times the host either never informed the waitress our table was waiting or the waitress just didn't care. We waited the past 2 times at least 5-10 minutes until someone came over to greet us.
We always got the boneless wings, which when this place first open would be covered in sauce, now they have barely anything on them. The food is horrible, and the service sucks.
Might as well go to a Friendly's for what you get here-I don't see this chain lasting.
Meh definitely describes this place.
I've been to BWW before and had a great time and great food. I still had a great time but the food was passable.
This location is very new, and there are tv's covering every inch of wall at this place. Great for whatever you're watching, last night we ignored the games and watched the national spelling bee, woohoo!
My favorite thing from BWW has been their southwest queso wrap. I remember it being one of the best wraps I've ever had. However this was not the case tonight as ours was bland and wrapped so one half was all lettuce, pico de gallo (not really pico de gallo just tomatoes hardly any seasoning) and tortilla. I think they forgot the ranch dressing on it. The fries were also very blah. I even tried my friends garlic parm wing (my fav) and it just was bleh.
Between the blah food and the bros everywhere I had enough of this place. While their beer selection is good I don't want to go back here.
Meh.
Fine decor with a shit ton of TVs, if that's your thing. Decent craft beer selection, though the CL Freshchester their beer list advertised they had on tap, they didn't. Settled for a $4 Pitch Black IPA (assuming this is a happy hour price). The wings were well-done, as asked for, but the sauce was sparse (and even non-existent on a few wings). The flavor was okay, but nothing to write home to Buffalo about. Fine service, but I was one of 3 people at the bar.
Nothing surprising about this chain. Subpar wings give this place the lackluster rating. Tip: If a company decides to name their restaurant after a particular item on their menu, said item should be pretty bad ass. And bad ass these wings ain't.
Staff was friendly and attentive ... but we went there for buffalo wings and they were disappointing. Â They were well prepared but lacking - Archie Moores' wings are far superior. Â Not much of a beer selection - they don't have everything they list on the menu, in fact, but they did have $2 draft Buds (so I went with cheap rather than good - not worth it). Â Place is loud and the many TVs up on the walls are distracting.
Review Source:When I went to this BWW I was displeased in several respects. First of all it took the waitress 35 minutes to even ask for our drinks. Granted the place was completely full, but that is still unacceptable. When you are packed, you call in more servers! Plain and simple!
Second... my girlfriend got a completely different sandwich than she ordered! Then the waitress argued with us about it before finally conceding. We did get the correct sandwich free of charge, despite the fact that my girlfriend ate the wrong sandwich first. (LOL!)
Thirdly our waitress wreaked terribly of cigarettes, which generally does not occur if the person washes their hands after each cigarette which is REQUIRED BY LAW for all restaurant employees.
I'll probably go back here, simply because my girlfriend generally likes the place... but if it were up to me there would be a lot of fired employees and better employees being hired.
Don't come here if seeking luxury.
I've been to a BWW before so I was well aware what I was getting myself into.
Given the option of sitting at tables or the bar.
My boyfriend ordered a Red Stripe and I asked for Corona Light.
They told him they had none and they mistakenly brought me out a Coors Light.
He ended up getting a draft Heineken and they corrected my Corona.
My boyfriend got 6 wings and a buffalo chicken wrap. Â The wrap was cold for his liking. Â I tried both Honey BBQ wings and Sweet BBQ Boneless wings.
The boneless wings sucked. Â Barely coated in sauce, very bready.
The regular wings were pretty decent. Â I'll just get those next time.
I'd say this place is not for young kids. Â There was a couple with say a 3 or 4 yr old at the table next to us who was crying for 3/4 of our meal, finally the mother put down her food and got it wrapped to go and took the child outside.
Granted that's not the restaurants fault, but made a semi crappy experience for us.
Don't bring your small kids. Â There are multiple tvs in there. Â Can get overwhelming to them.
Oh I forget to mention that I had ordered a side of coleslaw but it never came out so I told our waitress to make sure I wasn't charged for it. Â She did.
Maybe we'll come back a couple months from now in hopes they'll have their stuff together....more so.
I have tried Buffalo Wild Wings at the Milford mall and knew that  the food quality wouldn't be top rate since this is part of a chain. The food is just so so. The boneless chicken always seems to be very dry and I think they try to make up for that by over seasoning the sauces. The fries are also just mediocre. So far the food  at BWW is just average chain style food.
Atmosphere: This place is huge. When you walk in you see the restaurant seating area with a large half wall behind it. If you head to the bar on the other side of the wall you come into an area just as large as the dining area (maybe larger). There are TVs showing different games all along both walls. The center bar tables do not have backs so it can get a little uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. The atmosphere is where you get your value.
Service: With as many people as they have running around, I expected service to be fast and efficient. Not so. I understand this is a new location but they couldn't have possibly hired that many new waitstaff. I only saw 2 people really working hard and they were not management. (I wish I had stopped to get names to give them credit)
I was surprised by how nice this place was. I've been listening to people talk about it for a while now, and just recently this BWW opened up close to my house. A few friends and I went out for dinner, and the atmosphere inside, while it was louder than we expected, was definitely unique. It felt like a cool place to just go and hang out, with a lot of TVs and games to play while you wait for your food. It was also very clean, and I appreciated that.
I got an order of the fried pickles, and a dozen honey barbeque wings. The pickles were awesome, I highly recommend them. I don't know why more places don't serve those, they're literally my favourite appetizer. The wings weren't bad, but a little on the dry side. For a restaurant that hypes up their wings as much as this one does, I was expecting perfection and what I got was less than that. I still enjoyed it though, and I would definitely go back.
P.S. Our server also told us that on Thursday nights they have a special; boneless wings are sixty cents a piece. I'm not sure, but I'm assuming they probably have other daily specials too depending on when you go; that might be something to look into.
Nasty prepackaged chicken nuggets, err I mean boneless chicken wings. Covered in high fructose corn syrup, err I mean 'flavored BBQ sauce'. My girlfriend and I walked out sick to our stomachs. If your not too hungry stay away too, menu says they card for kids meals! 12 and under ONLY. Basically to force you to buy their over prices crap.. Â What a rip-off. Stay a way. Your body will thank you.
