This BW3 STINKS!! Been here multiple times. Service is good but takes forever to get food, which is usually COLD (because nobody runs it properly). They also measure alcohol drinks, which for $5 bucks a drink, I want to taste something besides the mixer. Here on a Tuesday for "60 cent wing night". Still had to order a minimum amount of wings and had to pay extra for blue cheese and celery. I saved a WHOPPING 19 cents. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings!!! Â I can retire one minute earlier. Shame on me for coming back again.

Food is good, beer is cold, plenty of TVs, it's reasonably clean and the service is fine. If the prices were a little better, I'd give them the fourth star.
If you are here, like me and the rest of the Yelpers, it's to read reviews. And for sure the worst reviews to see what egregious act was committed to warrant 1 star! Sometimes certain things must be pointed out though. SO, as far as the only one star review goes, what has to be said is REALLY???

This is a review for the Buffalo Wild Wings in Conroe  .  I could not locate it in my check in, so somewhow I got this location.  This Buffalo Wild Wings makes their food way better than the one in Willowbrook.  Big fat juicy wings in spicy garlic.  And the crunchiest chicken tenders, and perfectly flavored wedge fries.  Awesome cooks at this location and awesome staff!!!!!
Review Source:I would easily give this place 5 stars if I could have Austin or Rose as my waiter every time I go. If one of them doesn't wait on me I consistently get horrible, I mean horrible service. Â I have waited up to thirty minutes waiting for my server to greet me and usually end up with some random charge on my bill! Bad to the point the waiters have lied to me about forgetting to order my food, by telling me the kitchen is taking forever, only to have a manager bring my food to the table apologizing for my server forgetting! This is not a place to go if you are picky about service!
Now about the wings!! I LOVE them!! Â I eat here twice a week, and do believe I am addicted to their blazin and Caribbean jerk sauce! Their wings are always large and i think they are a great value! I don't know what their secret is but they are always perfect! Their chili cheese fries and fried mushrooms are some of our favs! We go every tuesday for 45 cent wings and on Sunday after church for the football games. Â Their delicious wings, burgers, and sides definitely over shine the lack of service!
You can usually find a seat at the bar and if you see one open I recommend you take it, and you will get more attentive service. The only down side is they do allow smoking in the bar. However, if you are a smoker that's a good thing I guess!
I typically enjoy going to BWWs however this location is by far the worst one I've been to! I placed my to-go order 20 minutes before I arrived to find out the order was never placed. Not to mention getting hung up on TWICE before I was about to place my order. The service has got to be the worst. The cashier was the only person working in the front, taking her sweet time, flirting away while at least 8-10 people were waiting to pick up or order. Waited at the restaurant for 20 minutes and then my order sat on the shelf for another good 5 minutes before she gave it to me. Horrible experience! No thanks to this location. Please hire competent people with customer service skills.

EDIT: The price has gone way up and the quality has gone down. The GM is more concerned about his bartenders stealing than watching and expo window that sends out bad food. The bartenders are too busy washing the glasses (not just stemware, the actual soda glasses everyone in the restaurant uses) to run their own food. Drive over to Tomball for a nicer restaurant and better management. Or better yet, go to Hooters.
First off, Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst service of any restaurant... Ever. Seriously, I do not have the words to describe how pathetic the service is. I usually just seat myself and refill my own drinks.
If you bring crayons and scribble down a picture for the waiting staff they might get back to you in an hour (only if you use shiny colors). But in all seriousness, expect a minimum 45 minute wait to get your food no matter how busy they are. Even if it's late and you are the only person in there, expect horrible service. It's just something about the place. The waiting staff generally isn't rude or unpleasant, they just don't seem to care if they do their job or not. If there is a big game or a man on man speedo UFC sweatfest don't even go. It will be packed. They will occasionally have something on you can't find on basic cable, but not that often. All Buffalo Wild Wings have horrible service though, not just this one.
All that being said, I go here all the time. The food is amazing albeit a little pricey for the quantity and the wait. Did I mention there was a wait? The Wings are amazing. Make sure to try the spicy garlic. Damn near perfection. Cajun wedges with seasoning is good too. Stay away from the Buffalo chips. They also have a decent selection of beer and a full bar. The prices on the beer are a little much too.
Buffalo Wild Wings personifies a love/hate relationship for me.
