Woodlands Direct Taxi & Town Car Service

I called about a day and a half prior to charter the town car for a certain time. When I was asking questions about what the procedures were for booking or changing times or locations within The Woodlands, if that was needed, I was told it would be fine. Two hours before my car should have arrived, I dialed them in to ask if I could push back the car for a few hours.

I got the run around for several hours. Finally, I was texted the number of a different driver. I told him I needed to be picked up for 2 AM. It was only at 2:15 that he texted me to ask if I still needed a ride, because he was running a little late.

I realize it's July fourth, and that means lots of busy rides for that evening, but if you can't commit to a service that you've promised a customer, I would like to be afforded the time to make other arrangements.

Will not be using this unreliable "town car" service again.
