No major complaints here. Â
Atmosphere - Solid atmosphere, cool murals on the wall with Willy Nelson and others. Smoke free on the inside with an adequate sized dance floor and bar. Â They played good music in the 4 or 5 hours we were there and it wasn't overpoweringly loud. Â They have a bull to ride. Â
Bar - Good happy hour until 9 or 10 with $1 drafts and $1 well drink (10 oz I think?)
Bar staff was fairly quick even later in the night when it got busier. Â They were friendly and got the job done. Â I only had beer, but didn't hear any complaints from my friends about the drinks or their strength. Â Bottled beer after happy hour was $3-$4, which I think it more than reasonable.
Food - I think they serve this, but no idea?
Outdoor patio area - didn't spend much time out here, but it was a nice evening with a breeze and plenty of people out here as well.
POLICE - couple of officers at the door when we left between 1.30 and 2 am. Â I had a DD, so I wasn't too worried, but it's obviously been an ongoing issue in the area and with the past tenants from what I hear.
My sole complaint - 'people' in the bathrooms to give you gum, cologne, hand towels and whatever else they actually do. Â Personally, I'm just not a fan of this kind of thing. Â I hate feeling that I need to tip someone to use to restroom because they are trying to squirt soap for you, hand you towels, ect. Â
Overall - great place. Â I'd imagine we will be back.
