B-Dubs/BW3s is my after church late night wing spot when I am on this side of town. Having conquered their Blazin Wing Challenge (12 Blazin Hot Wings in under 6mins), which was my first food challenge, it began to carry a special spot in my heart.
The wings are ok and the other menu items that I have tried are ok as well. They have some ok beers on tap as well.
You may be wondering, with all of these "OKs" why am I giving them a 4 star rating. I give them 4 stars because every time that I have come here, either with large groups or just with one other person, the service provided has been fast, polite and attentive. I very well could be getting the luck of the draw with servers or my picture being on their wall for a short period of time and the free tshirt that came with my conquest may have something to do with my rating; but every time I've been here it has been a good experience. By the way, now they have a digital photo frame for challenge winners (which makes me feel somewhat slighted), appetizer and beer specials on some nights.
This location is great for large groups, to see almost any sporting event or a casual family dinner. Check them out if you're in the area.

We used to eat here regularly but then we moved away. We were visiting friends and decided to go back for 'old time sake'. It may be that we just came on a bad night but judging by the reviews, I don't think so. Four of us went at 9:30 on a Tuesday night. This place was EMPTY! We started by ordering drinks+waters. We got our drinks 15 minutes later and no waters. Got our food 40 minutes after we ordered. My food didn't come and the waitress said they had brought my veggie burger to the wrong table and had to make me a new one. When I finally got my veggie burger (an hour after I ordered) it was rock solid on one side (because they microwaved it). We kept having to get the waitress to ask for drinks and sauce for wings because they were never brought and she kept disappearing. Waitress sat at a table with her friends and my husband finally went and got her so that we could get our check.

My husband is a fool for the wings at this place. And I won't lie, I love them as well. They do have great wings and lots of good appetizers. My favorite part of their menu are their dessert nachos. I love the food at this restaurant, have always been a fan of their wings.. but this Landstown location has to be the slowest of service I have ever experienced. My husband and I sat down at the bar on a slow weekday night to have dinner and waited a good 30 minutes for our dessert nachos after having had to wait about the same amount for our food after we ordered it. They were lucky we were interested in the game that was playing on TV. Regardless, THE slowest service yet.

Awful just awful customer service....host sat us and took our drink order....he brought me a Half glass of sweet tea and told me that they ran out and he would get me if I needed a refill made my wife get something else....we sat at our table in the middle of the floor for at least 15 min bc the basketball game had at least 8-10 min of game time elapsed while we sat there...we watched at least 4 waitresses walk back and forth past us ( this does not include host who took our drink orders) and not one of them said even hello!!! We got up and walked out and the employees gathered at the front of the resturant said nothing as we explained why we were leaving...called the store to complain the first time and some random employee claiming to be the manager took the call from my wife and exact quote was "sorry have a good day!" I will never go back to this bww just bc of the service and lack of care towards the customer...I wasn't asking for money or free food I just wanted to be acknowledged as a paying customer!!!!!

Of all the Buffalo Wild Wings (BBW) that I have been to, this one is my favorite. There really isn't anything special about this one but since it is smack dab in the middle of suberbia, you won't see the nutty crowds like you will the others. The food and service is not much different then other BBWs. If you want to enjoy the games and eat some mediocre food, come to the BBW at Strawbridge.

Ok... Well based on food, I would give it 4 stars... However, once I encountered management I changed my mind... So I will address my food first!

The Steak burger with cheese, onion rings on it and the Parmesan and garlic sauce... DAMN good!!! And well, who would have thought of jalapeno poppers with BACON... genus!

Now, the manager, We went on a Weds night, at the bar had a 45$ meal... the next night did take out about 25$, while waiting for my food, after having paid cash, I asked if they do military discounts, the cashier said yes, we do 10%. I said wow that would have been great to know since we were here last night spending almost 50$... the manager says... "Oh you could not have used that, it is not applicable on alcoholic beverages..." Well, pardon me sir, but we didn't have alcohol, I had a burger, poppers, wings, ice water and soda... and hubby had a nacho burger... So his assumption angered me greatly!!!

On top of that, being that we had spent almost $75 dollars in less than 24 hours and I had paid cash, he did not offer to apply the discount to my purchase I was waiting on while waiting for my food once learning we were active duty military... quite a poor move on his behalf.... we exchanged some curt words about his assumption and I carried on...

Also, don't go here if you want to hear your companions... I get sports bars, but the screaming at the tv was so loud I had to put my fingers in my ears at one point...

i mostly get my order to go. The burger sliders and mild wings are a combo that cannot be beat! So good!

This place is average for me. The wings are good but I think Wild Wing Cafe in Chesapeake (Sam's Circle) is better. But hey, if you are in Landstown Commons clearly you are not in Chesapeake! I have tried a sandwich in here also and that was actually very delicious. The feel is typical sports bar atmosphere. That is not really my style. I like the pub feel more, like at Finn McCools. If you like wings though or want to hit a sports bar and you are in that shopping center, I recommend it. The service was also good.

I'd only come again to watch a game or event if friends were requesting it. The service was slow and although the food was fine, it was overpriced (especially the beer!) and I left regretting my decision to try this for the first time. I don't understand the hype at all.

BWW's opened up early to accommodate the mass droves of Color Me Rad veterans, and I'm thankful we got there in time to get a table right away because it was at max capacity for quite awhile.  I'm sure the manager was at his/her wit's end trying to appease all the corn-starched color clowns ordering all at the same time.

I thought our waitress did a good job of coping with the chaos; so while there could have been some things done better for our order of 36 wings plus drinks and chips, I have no quarrels.  I had six Blazin' (muy caliente but all heat and no depth to taste) and six Chipotle BBQ (excellent flavor); spouse had Salt-n-Vinegar and Teriyaki and son had Honey BBQ.  All very good, but the more I have the Blazin' Wings, the less I enjoy them for taste's sake; plus, I bit into and broke a wing bone, and I'm hoping my tooth isn't cracked... ow.

The staff all seemed very patient with the excess colored corn-starch being shaken off in their restaurant and in the bathrooms.

There was an error on the bill that was immediately taken care of without incident.

They have a 10% military discount - many thanks!

My husband loves B-dubs.  I'm kinda over it, but still go to appease him.  The last time we went with our two kids and another family of four, all four kids ages 5 and under.  The worst aspect of the restaurant is the cramped waiting area where servers are trying to fill drinks in the same spot where people are waiting for tables to open up.  You always feel like you're in the way, but there isn't anywhere else to go.

Our waitress was AWESOME!  I don't remember her name, but the place was packed and she was still incredibly attentive.  We were very impressed by her and she was great with the kids.  That's always a bonus.  The chili con queso dip is a must.  The wings were OK.  My husband and I ordered four different flavors to share.  I like the flats and he likes the drums, so it always sucks when they aren't evenly distributed.  For instance, one of the flavors was all flats.

Overall, good experience.  I know we'll be back.

Thought I'd give this place another try after my mediocre experience last time.  I wish I had just stayed home and watched the new episode of Family Guy.  The wings are nothing special and even the carribean jerk sauce had a chemical smell.

The manager brought my order of wings and said, "We don't have celery sticks." Not that I asked(I just assumed), but I was caught off guard at how cold she was and how she couldn't even be bothered to apologize.  Then she walked off before I could say, "what about carrots?" (nevermind)

I guess that's ONE way to treat your customers.  If you're not attractive you can atleast be nice.  Then, when I got the bill I saw that the Sam Adams draft I drank cost me $6.70.  I don't think I've ever paid that much for a single beer.  I've paid less than that for a pitcher.  So for a beer and 12 wings I paid over 20 bucks including the tip that I'm seriously regretting.  Well deserving of this one star rating.

You know... I'm really getting the idea that this is the norm for Virginia customer service.  Someone tell me where to go for good service here.

    1-star for the food
    1-star for the service
1-star for the rude, unattractive bar manager

Ok so I went in here again.  Past couple times I haven't been all that impressed, however, this time we went  around 4pm on wing Tuesday.  Totally suggest going on this day if you wanna eat wings.  45 cents.  Not to bad overall.

Now I have to say, the food was really fresh and hot....steam hot!  I love that aspect, and the flavors are good, so right on with the food this time.   Now you have heard the service is slow?  Well it is , but I got to thinking, wings take a while to cook if they are fresh, so maybe the service is slow because the staff is use to waiting on the food?  IDK, but I wasn't terribly irritated.  Last thing, the place is neat with fun games and all (if they are working) and the lighting is good for day crowds, but I think it's to bright at night.  Could have a better vibe.  Overall, it's an ok place to go that is friendly, and family/friends oriented.

To be fair to this location, I feel I need to update my review and bump them up a star.  Though I swore I would never go back, the family wanted BWW and this one is just the most convenient.  So, we went in, with much trepidation and despair.  Surprisingly, everything was wonderul.  The food was the same as any BWW.  However, the service was great.  I might go as far as to say outstanding.  Our server was named Renee and she was attentive and kept our drinks filled throughout.  Very nice job.

The surprising part was that the managers were out and about on the floor, checking on tables and being much more visible.  That was encouraging.  Maybe they got enough complaints and implemented some changes.  Maybe we got lucky.  Only time will tell.  But, for this one fleeting moment, the BWW at Landstown was a nice place to be.....and we will be back.

I'm not a huge fan of wings or televised sports, so this obviously isn't the place for me. However, my biggest beef was with the service. It took forever to get seated regardless of the empty tables, and forget getting any kind of refills or attention once your food is delivered. Unfortunate, too, since anyone who is drinking beer would spend more if they could get someone to bring them another.

Don't go here if you're looking for a quiet joint to watch the game, either. This place is the loudest sports bar I've ever been in.

I'm a Wild Wild Cafe fan, but I was to far into Virginia Beach proper to trek over to C'peake to my favorite wing shop in the area.  Buffalo Wild Wings had another opportunity to win me over. Did they?  You be the judge.

This place was packed, but we were seated quickly. Two guys, two ladies - booth seating.  Ladies on one side, guys the others. Yeah, right? That's what I was thinking.  Anyway, started with a round of Blue Moons.  Always nice!  But, we were here for the wings.

We started with a basket of the potato wedges.  A quick 'cheers' and we were off. They were good, but we were starving. Scarfed them down in no time at all.

The wings, for once, didn't take forever to arrive from the kitchen.  The ladies went for 18 - Hot BBQ and Honey BBQ.  I tried to talk them out of double BBQ, but that's what they wanted. I had one of each.  Blah! Nothing special. Like hot and regular KC's Masterpiece.

The guys did 24 - 12 each.  My bud had Mild and Medium.  Again, Blah! ....but that's his standard MO - the only ones he will eat.

Me?  Wanted to mix it up this time, but BWW does sauces in multiples of 6; that means I could only choose two.  I started with the Asian Zing.  They were sweet and sticky with a bit of heat.   This flavor is OK; honestly, has no depth.  The star of the evening was a new flavor - Desert Heat.  It a dry one, medium spicy and full in flavor.  The best BWW wing ever, in my opinion.  They had two more dry ones.  The waiter suggested the Salt and Vinegar, but he said only if you like the chips; I don't. Don't remember the other, but he didn't particularly like it, so I took a pass.

Overall my experience here was better than my experience at G'brier. This place was jumping, though. It was louder than a HS girls sleepover, but that's what I like in a sports bar.  There was a table of about 30 next to us and the service was still pretty good. The waiter came a few times to check on us, brought us some water when we stop drinking Blue Moons.  He worked hard for his money.

If I stray away from Wild Wing, I'll definitely go back to this BFF.  The sauces are not the attraction, though.

I stopped in here for a late lunch yesterday and we had a fair to middle experience. The food was fine but the service was slow. They appeared to be fully staffed but it took our waiter forever between table visits and then to eventually bring the check.

I'll go to the Chesapeake location in the future.

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The service was slow and it took longer than 40 minutes to serve food to a table of 4. When the food finally game, it was cold. I have never been back to this BWW's and I don't plan to give it another chance.

I was a big fan of BWW's when they first came to Blacksburg during my undergraduate time. How could you beat $.25 cent wing night. But alas, that was too good to be true...I think it's something like $.60 or more a wing on wing night. What is up with that? I have also found that the BWW's around here (as in Virginia Beach/Chesapeake) do not seem too concerned with quality because the wings are not that good. Now maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have found WAY better wing joints in this area and BWW's just doesn't compare to for me. I would much rather spend my money at a local place like Wild Wing Cafe or Wing King. Now those two places know how to serve up some wings! Go to either of those places before wasting your time and money at BWW's.

Enter the world of BW3's or B-Dubb's or whatever you want to call it. While the chicken is good enough to satisfy your wing craving, the service is consistantly sub par.

This place's real purpose is to be a meeting place for jock's, wannabe tough guys, and real G's, to get drunk and talk as loud as they want, all while wearing their Tap Out and Affliction shirts.

Very good wings. Tuesday night .40 cent wings are a great bargain. Service is incredibly slow - has been each of the 3-4 times I've been there for dinner.

First let me say that I LOVE the wings. The variety of flavors, and the way they are prepared is great. The staff there is usually friendly, as it was when I visited last night.

The manager should be canned though. I arrived to find a 35 minute wait... no big deal, right? It was "Tuesday Night Wing" whatever its called. But there were 8, yes count them 8 open tables and booths. I have no idea what was going on, but the lobby was packed (as was the bar) but they were not seating people to eat. Even through the duration on our meal, there were NEVER less than 6 open tables, and a packed lobby with people waiting. Ridiculous.

This was my second visit to BWW, my first for this particular location.
We went on a Sunday, right before a football game, so the atmosphere was lively and I enjoyed having ESPN broadcast across the walls.
I decided to order a Buffalo Chicken salad with the Honey BBQ sauce and a side of Buffalo Chips. The honey BBQ sauce was very good, but the chicken gave me pretty bad heartburn  for a couple hours after I was finished. I am a huge fan of potatoes, so I didn't think the chips could really be done wrong, but the salt was overwhelming.
My previous experience at BWW was a lot more enjoyable, so I don't know if the chef that day was to blame or that particular location (being new) hadn't worked out the kinks quite yet, but I will be a lot more careful in my food choices if I return.

We went here Sunday for lunch as we were making our way through the rounds of food places in Landstown Center.  We got here around 11:30 so we beat out a lot of the folks coming to watch the games.  By the time we left it was starting to get pretty packed.  We got one of the last booths that had the little trivia game stations in it, which was a lot of fun.  $1 gets you 6 credits which is either 2 or 3 short games.

I ended up ordering the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap, which you can get with chips & salsa, fries, a salad, or some other long laundry list of choices (I was a bit overwhelmed when the waitress rattled them off so I stuck with chips & salsa).  None of my food was fabulous, I didn't even see any ranch at all in my wrap, it was totally smothered in their medium sauce instead, which wasn't my favorite.  I want to come back and try their wings (in something other than medium sauce, blech).  Until then 2.5 stars, rounding up to 3 since I'm in a good mood.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last weekend with some relatives and I must say I was impressed with the wings there.  There is adequate parking so there are no problems with that.

I went inside and found a nice sportsbar like atmosphere.  There are many big screen tvs all around the place.  This is a great place to watch a game and get some booze and good eats.

I ordered the parmesan garlic wings and they were GREAT.  They tasted so good.  I usually don't eat chicken wings that often but when I do, I try to get the best ones.  I rarely ever eat specialty wings like the ones that they have here.  There was a place called Wingstop near my house in San Diego that had similar wings.  I also had the onion rings.  This is the second best onion rings that I've ever tasted.  The taste crunchy and you don't get that overwhelming onion flavor.

Overall, this place is really good.  I would recommend anyone to go here looking for some good wings.  I also tried the spicy garlic wings and they were phenomenal as well.

OK folks, I happened to go here because I was with friends and we finished playing tennis and we wanted something quick. We had wings for an appetizer and I will say that the sauces were very good. There was a spicy garlic or something and it was tasty. I never eat wings, so I'm no expert. I probably should go back when it's late at night and all the kids are asleep, because we went around lunch time and it was a zoo. There were families everywhere and I seriously thought I was in Chucky Cheese. It was super loud and the decor was just very poor. I don't know what I expected going to a sports bar...but again, maybe I'll try it again and watch a game. I had a salad, like I always do and it was bla. The funniest part of the experience was our waiter. The poor guy was probably 17 and was really trying to be cool. He told us his entire daily routine and what he was doing that night. He really wanted a friend. I just felt bad for him because he doesn't even know who he is and won't know for another 10 years at best:) OK, so, I'll be happy never to go there again, but if I do, hopefully it's a better experience.

Maybe I just don't get this place...It's always crowded, the wings are ok at best, and their other menu items are pretty standard fare.

II will have to say that the bar area is enjoyable, and people sitting on the patio always seem to be having a blast.

OK, I'll bump it up to 3.5 stars for the entertainment value of watching manly men cry their way through the Blazin Challenge, with red splotchy faces, fire-rimmed mouths, and snot dripping out all over themselves.

    Enjoyable!

The place was jammin' inside so we opted for the seat yourself patio - very nice!  There are TVs out there as well so you can still catch all the sports.  We got happy hour beers - yum!  It was hard to choose from all the great sounding apps, but the queso chili fries were fab.  Our wings were great as well - we will definitely be back!

Thank God, BW3 is finally in Virginia Beach!

This is a great sports bar.  The wing selection is fantastic, the beer selection is great and the game you're looking for is ALWAYS on...and I mean any game.

This place just opened in December so you may have to wait a few minutes to get a table at the prime hours but it's definitely worth it.

Since I'm not from around here, I always took Buffalo Wild Wings for granted.  There are some good wing places around here but I just love this place more for what they offer besides just wings.

This place isn't just for adults though as they have a kids menu and games for the kids to play while Dad (and Mom) watch the Packers win week after week.  Also, being that it's located in Landstown Commons helps.  While the wife/girlfriend shops, you can catch the game and drown out those voices in your head with pint after pint of whatever you could possibly want.  Voices asking you what kind of guy takes his significant other shopping on a Sunday afternoon in the Fall.  Well, before she shows up with your melted credit card and the back of your SUV full of clothes, shoes and salad shooters, get all that alcohol absorbed by some of their delicious food.  It's win-win-WIN!
