  This place was comparable to a San Francisco prostitute: slow, overpriced and it taste even worse than it smells.
  
  The service is slow, even when it's not busy, and I gagged from the stench of ashtray that lingered throughout.
  
  P.S. the one star is only there because yelp requires it.  You've been warned.

  If you want a fast meal DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Just waited an hour and it still hasn't come. The waiter threw down our drinks without a word and never ever ever said anything to us for that entire hour. We had to get it to go and leave. This was the absolute worst service I have ever experience. I am furious. they said it would be out in ten min. 30 min later it was finally out. they didn't even pack it up for us to go. they made us do that. no apologizing just here and bye. worst service of my life

  Was there on 9/12/12. I got there just after 5 pm with my kids. The restaurant was basically empty. We were seated in a back corner under one of the three TV's that were on in that room.
  Our waitress quickly took our drink order and asked about appetizers. We ordered chips and queso without chili. It came with chili and despite asking was not replaced, thus went essentially uneaten.
  After she took our order the waitress disappeared until about 10 minutes after our meal was delivered. I could see her sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender and another guy.
  When the waitress came back she refilled two of our drinks, leaving the third empty because she the tea pitcher was empty. Another waitress filled it for me. The next time I asked for a ToGo box, thinking that would trigger getting the ticket so we could pay out. The box came, but no ticket. As I looked around she was back at the bar talking.
  Finally, at least 15 minutes, after asking another waiter for the ticket it was delivered. I had my credit card ready, but it wasn't taken. Again our waitress was at the bar. Again, another person closed out the check.
  As I left I was asked about the food and service. I said the food was fine and thanked the rest of the wait staff for taking care of me. The Asst. Manager asked who my waitress was. My response, "I don't remember her name, but she's the one sitting at the bar right now, where she was for most of our meal."
  It will be quite a while before I even consider going back. There are other places in Waco that serve wings just as good or better, have sports on TV and have much, much better customer service.

  I work just a few minutes minutes from this restaurant. I called to place an order so that when I got there I wouldn't have to wait a long time for my food. Well, that was the plan. There was a person who answered the phone and then put me on hold. And then never picked up again. I decided to wait it out to see just how long it would take to get back with me. I was still on hold when I walked in the doors. And when I got there, I expected it to be bustling, explaining why I was on hold for so long. Over 15 minutes. There was just one girl at the register not doing anything but just standing there. I told the manager what happened and was given no explanation. Not even an apology. I went ahead and ordered because I was really craving the wings. When I went to pay the girl just put all my money in her apron and didn't even attempt to give me my change. When I asked for it, her answer was that she didn't have any change on her to give me. I told her that I didn't care how she got it, but I wanted my change. She acted so put out but went to find someone who had some change she could bum off of. That was the last time I ever went there. I only frequent Wing Stop which has far superior wings and service.

  This was my second trip to Buffalo Wild Wings in Waco.  I was hoping to write a good review because, overall, I like the chain.  However, my experience was tainted by less than stellar service.
  
  I took my two younger sons and we ordered two orders of wings (each order included four wings)  from the kids meal, and an Asian Zing salad for me.  Also, my sons each ordered a Dr. Pepper.
  
  The boys each said that there wings were good and that they liked the fries.  The Asian Zing salad was okay, but it is not as good as a similar Asian salad from Applebees and I do not plan on ever ordering it again.
  
  It took 23 minutes to get our food in a restaurant that only had three tables occupied when we arrived.  This is slow given the type of food we ordered and the number of patrons.  Therefore, I am taking off one star for slowness.    
  
  When I received the check, I noticed that I had been charged 4+ dollars for two drinks.  I asked the waitress about this and she said it was for the kids drinks.  I told her that I thought they were included with the meal and she said that the kids meals did not include the drink.  Luckily, this restaurant leaves their menus right on the table.  So, I opened one up and read were it specifically states that all kids meals include a soft drink or milk.  Then, the waitress said that these drinks were not included because they were not the kids size drinks.  So, I countered that choosing the size of the drinks she decided to bring to the table was not in my control.  Since the waitress was unable to solve the problem I asked to speak with the manager.
  
  The manager removed the drinks and apologized but I still have to take off two stars, one for the waitress not knowing that drinks are included with their kids meals and another for having to call over the manager to correct her billing error.

  Their Dr. Pepper is terrible and has been for months. They acknowledge that they know it's bad but they won't do anything to fix it. This is Waco, the home of Dr. Pepper! Also the service is really slow. I used to love this place but it has really went down the toilet in the last year or so. The food is still good you just have to wait forever.

  Do not go here!!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. Once we were seated the waitress had to come back twice to ask what drinks we ordered. We ordered our food and waited 45 mins, watched 2 tables come in and get served, before we asked where our appetizers were. The waitress rudely informed us that the kitchen was backed up and that she would check on our food. She then left, came back 10 mins later and asked what appetizers we ordered!!! At this point, we told her that we just wanted our check for the drinks and asked to speak to a manager. The waitress never once apologized, she was just out right rude. Whereas the manager was nice and apologetic we will never go here again!
