Burger King

Based on drive-thru only*.
Horrible experience over the weekend and I def plan on taking this matter to senior mgmt.
I have frequented this BK for the past 3 years but unapologetically, no more.

I don't understand how utterly confused the person taking orders on Sunday afternoon at 2pm was, given the place was virtually empty.

Maybe it was due to his lack of skill while taking the drive-thru order or more likely due to his inability to multitask while joking around with a co-worker (your mic is on genius) while taking orders, either way, I've never experienced a more inappropriate, hostile, ignorant moron in my life.

And That is actually what shocked me, considering how low my standards are..

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else in the area.

It's a fast food joint.  All I expect is friendly service, warm food and for it to come out at a reasonable time.  I got all that (2min wait - normal).  Good enough for 4 stars.

Worst Burger King I've been to!  It's Burger King, isn't it all supposed to be pretty easy and "same".  The wait for food for about 10 minutes here, the fries were disgusting (which is the only reason I'd ever go to Burger King) and the guy taking our order was incredibly confused.  I will be staying away.
