IHOP

This place was a little crowded but our waiter was cool. My boyfriend and I ate 2 plates and my only complaint is that they wanted us out of there so other customers could get a seat. I can understand that but they should let people rest their stomachs for a couple minutes instead of bringing the check when we take the last bite out of our pancakes. Food was good.

The day that I went here it was super busy. My friend ordered coffee and the waitress brings a cup and pours coffee in it. As she sets it down my friend, boyfriend, and I noticed a stain on the edge of the cup. Who knows what it could have been. Lipstick stain? Previous coffee drinker? then the food comes and and it tasted okay. I had to wait a long time to get my water refilled. She messed up our receipt total and charged us for 2 coffees instead of 1 and an extra hot cocoa. Probably won't come to this location again.

My son and I visited this location on valentines day. It was his pick as he has in the past really enjoyed going here and did I as the food was good.

Let me say that I was first apprehensive when we walked in and smell the stench something not pleasant. The front entry ways smells somewhat like a dirty bathroom. Upon stepping in the dining area I did not smell it anymore so I reconsidered. Normally when I smell that I walk right back out and leave.

The service was horrible. We ordered foods that was pretty basic; a breakfast combo $7.99 (for dinner) and I ordered a turkey club sandwich.$7.99.  It was not busy. There were 2 servers and 6 tables. Our food took 45 mins to arrive. When it did my son's scrambled eggs were brown, his slices of ham had black burnt spots on them, the sausage was dried and shriveled. The bacon had a funny taste to it. The only thing good  and fresh on his plate were the pancakes. My sandwich had wilted lettuce,  stale bread and tomatoes that were not ripe, they were not even pink in color and the cheese was old. It tasted like a refrigerator. The edges of the cheese were dry showing their age. The french fries were also grainy which tells me they were froze and not cooked enough. Needless to say I did not eat my sandwich. It was buy one get one meal free so. It was not really a loss to me except of my time. I asked my server Angie how she would feel good about serving this food and she explained there was only one cook in the kitchen when it really needed 4. Well yes, when you have a valentines special of buy one get one you should properly staff your kitchen. When I spoke to her about anything she would look down very nervously to the extend I was afraid she was going to burst in tears. Today I come to find out today she is the acting manager of this hot mess. The place needs an over haul. The current owners have let this place fall apart. You walk in and see a counter full of "stuff" when you walk in and honestly it just looks bad and questionable. Go else where this place is horrible. I would not be surprised if it had several health code violations as well. Also I agree with the above poster the water tasted really off. They must have very, very old and rusted pipes. It was gross.
