Burger King

I specifically went to this BK instead of any of the dozen I passed up this morning while taking my daughter to work.  I ordered pulled into the drive up where the bell didn't sound so I sat there almost 5 minutes. Other cars were behind me so I went directly to the window, there was no staff visible until the car that was behind me apparently had the bell ring for him. Linda came to the window and even though she had a sour face took my order. She gave me 2 COLD breakfast burritos, COLD & GREASY hash browns and LUKE WARM coffee. I got home discovered the food was cold and called the store.  She said she would replace the food if I came back. I didn't know I was on a timer.  I got back there 30 mins after breakfast ended and she said "Oh, breakfast is over 30 mins ago - I can't do anything for you."  HELL  NAW - I would never recommend this BK neither will I ever go back there.  Signed still hungry & pissed.

Warning disaster Zone.  The place looks grubby, unclean, worn out, and neglected.  The service is terrible.  I waited 10 minutes for my order, a prepackaged salad.  The soft drink hardly had any syrup.  They gave me the wrong salad dressing.  The counters were sticky, the tables were not clean, and I watched as four employees stood around waiting for a whopper to come down the slide.  The manager was nice and told me thanks for telling him that the syrup for the Dr. Pepper was running out.  "If you hadn't told us, we wouldn't have known."  Oh, that's pathetic.

I enjoy the BK Veggie and I am glad that Burger King is making an effort to cater to those of us who don't eat meat but still like our fast food.
