Cafe Patachou

Great breakfast place. Make your own omelet, comes with french toast or sourdough and fruit. Friendly service and clean. They are open early which is convenient if you have an early flight.

I was so hungry that when I saw this place at the airport, I told myself I can't go wrong since I've liked and have given 5 stars to the other Patachou places.

First, it took forever for our order. I would say about 25 minutes. Then, they messed up on my broken yolk burger. They don't have fries so I ordered a side of chips. When they served my food, they gave me a side salad instead. Then, they forgot to put Brie on my burger. When I informed the server, he went back to the kitchen and gave me 3 small slices of cold Brie cheese. Then the yolk wasn't runny at all. The server apologized and promised me to give me dessert. When I paid the bill and everything, he did not give me his promised dessert. I didn't have time since I have to go through security and board so I didn't bother.

I say, Patachou failed me on this one.... On food and service.

I have been here twice while waiting for flights and the service was slow and the food just ok both times.

On our most recent trip, the service was faster than last time, but my turkey breast sandwich was really dry without much flavor. To be fair, on the menu it comes with cream cheese, but I didn't want to eat the dairy. I also didn't want the mayo, but wanted dijon which they failed to do. The greens that accompanied the sandwich were better than the sandwich as was my husband's salad.

Next time I'm at the airport, I'll go to Naked Tchopstix or Qdoba.
