Cafe SBN

Good for a quick ham and cheese panini before your flight.  I see they added a new spot inside the terminal so this may not be the best choice anymore.

I flew out of South Bend a bunch of times but only took the opportunity to eat here once.  It's not your typical airport place, but that's not necessarily a good thing.  The service is spotty, but the experience of actually sitting down and eating in a strange small-restaurantesque establishment in the middle of small-town airport makes up for that.

Oh, and the neon sign is sad and exhilarating and memorable.
