Too many people were let in, they didn't even card my friend who forgot her driver license. Â I was designated driver and the one time I decided to get on the dance floor, there was a case of mistaken identity. I was accused of flicking a shot girl's nose with my finger who I never saw?? And was kicked out so me 9 other friends had to leave. Chances R we will never be back again!!
Review Source:Being a city girl I had no idea what to expect in this western bar. I asked my local friend not to leave me alone. Oh I'm just kidding, it's a happening place that's for sure! Huge dance floor where if you are wearing a cowboy hat and short shorts (well, not together) then you fit right in. The servers came around pretty frequently and drinks were inexpensive. I'm not used to bars still allowing smoking so that's a negative for me, but overall this seems to be a hugely popular local spot.
Review Source:This is one of my favorite bars in Lubbock. Â It is really a unique place and def not one for the hipster looking for some good "get down" music. Â It is mostly middle aged people and western hopefuls. Â It by far is a BLAST! Â
If you don't get there early enough you probably will not have a place to sit, but the dancing is really great too. Â They play anything from Tejano, Country, Rap, and all you can imagine. Â
There are pool tables on one side of the place, a bar in the center and then a dance floor on the other side. Â I do like that it is 21+ because there are a plethora of places in Lubbock that aren't. Â
It is a really fun time and the drinks are pretty moderately priced.
