pizza is decent for a chain but the service is TERRIBLE!! They have someone that barely speaks English answering the phone. After trying to spell my street name 3 times for him to understand without success, i hung up. AND BEWARE..THEY KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO ON FILE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!!
Review Source:I moved from Naperville to Aurora recently.  I tried several pizza places around my new home but  wasn't that impressed.  (I'm used to Aurillio's in Naperville.)  But you HAVE to try Chicago Pizza Authority, (CPA).  It is really a great pizza place, carry-out.  And the wings are AB FAB!!
Review Source:I don't usually try new places based on mailers, fearing for the quality if they're hurting for business (blame watching too much Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares) but hey, I wanted something new. The website is humble, but I definitely appreciated the ability to order online and customize my order to every minute detail, including pasta type and sauce, as well as whether or not they grate cheese on top.
The delivery guy was prompt, kind and courteous -- he even thanked me for my tip!
The food was piping hot, but I'm afraid that's where my praise ends. The cheese ravioli was pretty decent, however the sauce my spaghetti was in tasted bitter and sour. I'm not a sauce snob, I'll happily eat Chef Boyardee and Prego every night, and I almost never complain about a marinara. But this... It was awful. Maybe it was left in the fridge for too long, but for future orders, I'd recommend you get it on the side (if at all).
I have ordered here three times using their very friendly and useful online ordering system. I like ordering on line because I can order early Sunday morning even if they are closed, and once they open at 11:00am, the pizza is ready for me to pick up and take home to my hungry kids. It works great every time. All three times, we ordered the same chicago deep dish pizza with four toppings, and used their 3 free topping coupon, and the pizza comes out perfect and absolutely delicious, with massive amounts of toppings. It's consistent every time and is the only pizza place that is generous on their toppings. It's not comparable to Gino's or Lou's, because it's different. It 's sad to hear the other reviews were poor, but for some reason, I have a great experience every single time.
Review Source:I was happy to see another pizza place in the area. Unfortunately the pizzas here are forgettable. Like John S said Little Caesars is better and a lot less expensive. What bothered me was the charred crust. This thing looked like it went through the Great Chicago Fire. That was a big turnoff and made the pizza unappealing.
The only thing worth mentioning are the cheese fries. Yea for real cheese. We ended up scarfing those down because the sub-par pizza.
This was the first time I ever threw the leftovers out. Such a shame because the potential could have been there.
While the delivery here was fast and they have cheese fries on the menu with real cheese the pizza here is just ok. To be honest the $5 pizzas at little Ceasers are better and I can get like 3 of them for what I sent here. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Price was Rosattis and quality wasn't even close. Only had the pizza here one time however so would be willing to give it a second chance.

Revised August 2010: Quality of the pizzas has dipped to an unacceptable level. Poorly distributed sauce, cheese and ingredients. Crust not crispy. We gave it two chances to improve...it did not...we're not going back.
