Had to wait in line to get in, floor and tables were absolutely disgusting. Philly cheesesteak was possibly the worst I've ever had, there was some remnants of food or something in our water cup, and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. The only good thing about this place was the huge beers. Don't waste your time.
Review Source:I had a little over an hour to waste before my flight & I stopped off here for a needed meal & drink. The margarita was amazing along with the waiter the reason for the two stars. The food took forever to come. Almost 40 minutes being there without receiving my food I left my companion & headed to the gate to board my flight. Â He brought the food in to go containers so we could eat on the plane. If you're in a rush to get food don't bother coming here. We only ordered burgers & fries not sure why it took so long.
Review Source:10 mins sitting before anyone even took my drinks order
Ordered buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and requested grilled chicken instead of breaded. I was informed that I couldn't have a grilled chicken substitution. Apparently this is the only Chilis in the Continental USA that doesn't have grilled chicken breasts, not even for salads or wraps! Who knew??
I couldn't believe they make breakfast here. apparently its airport only. ive worked at Chili's for many years and never thought this company would do that. On menu they have French toast, hot cakes, breakfast tacos, omelets Cajun spiced home fries or fruit can be substituted. Pretty decent I must say, pretty decent.
Review Source:My friends and fellow travelers....this is an airport Chili's restaurant. Â It is no frills, basic menu food. Â I appreciate the ability to have a black bean burger instead of a meat burger. Â My fries were piping hot (just the way that I like them) and the service could not have been more prompt if it tried. Â
The staff let me sit for a long time (as I was in the midst of a 4+ hour layover) and refilled my water even after I'd finished and paid. Â They also sat me near an electrical outlet, so I could plug in my phone and computer. Â Both were very much appreciated.
This is a great little stop to grab a beer, and if you're hungry, a salad before your flight.  DON'T BOTHER TO ORDER ANYTHING ELSE.  We have stopped here a number of times over the past couple of years; we usually ordered a salad and a coke or a beer and kept going.  Last time we had some time to kill before the flight and  decided to grab chips and salsa and beers.  The chips were oily, drippy and inedible; the server didn't even ask if there was anything wrong - and we were actually charged for them.
Just because a restaurant has a captive audience doesn't mean it has to be bad - please Chili's fix this mess, or next time I'm grabbing to-go from the counter down just down the way in the terminal.
There should be a zero star option. TERRIBLE and DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!
Worst restaurant in America, and my worst experience ever. My husband and I went to grab breakfast on a quick layover. The bartender was an old man from another country likely in his 70s. The entire time he disregarded me, he gave MY silverware to my husband. He never refilled my coffee or water. When I requested hot sauce, he gave it to my husband.
Funny part of all of this is that I was the one to order our meal. I was the ONE to give him our credit card and guess what? He gave the slip to my husband.
We were both appalled at how strange he was acting. He was either disgruntled that my husband had me do all of the ordering, or he was racist because I am Korean and my husband is caucasian. Welcome to 2012 and to the United States, where there are still some bigots that have yet to cease off.
The icing on the cake?? I tipped him for the service he gave my husband in cash. But then he still wrote in a tip on my credit card!!!
UNBELIEVABLE!
Stuck at O'Hare at 5:00 AM... and hungry...
The choices are limited for full services restaurants at Terminal 2 and Chili's seems to be the best choice..
At this early in the morning, I don't expect my waitress to be cheerful and perky. We did get our food, our water and our bill...
Breakfast Taco ($8.59) and Classic Breakfast ($8.99) did tie me over until I get on to the next flight. But I do think I can do a better version of my Breakfast Taco myself... just too bland and eggs just watery and mushy.
I don't like airport food! Maybe I am just tired.....
Let me make this brief. Â It's a Chili's. It's a cookie cutter chain that pretty much serves the same exact food in the same exact way every time. There isn't anything special about it, and the seating is cramped. Â BUT, with that said, I was impressed with the amount of tortilla chips they give, and their house salad was a little pricey for the size. Â My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was BIG, and they gave her a lot of fries. Â Still, the meal was too expensive for the price. If you're in an airport, maybe you expect some mark-up as a captive audience. Either way, you get what you expect, and it's not great.
Review Source:I didn't order any of the food here, only a margartia, and it was delicious. The waitress was taking a VERY long time to the point where I said forget the drink, I need to go to my gate. She actually made my alcoholic beverage "to go" which I'm pretty sure is illegal, but you won't hear any complaints from  me.
Review Source:It's an airport Chili's, not much to add really other than I cannot figure out for the life of me why they try to cram so many tables into one spot when they know almost everyone will have some kind of a carry-on bag. Yeah, I know, profits, but it just makes a mess and leads to lost of bumped tables and spilled drinks... Consequently the servers' tips suffer.
Review Source:I'll be brief...it's a Chili's at the Airport and we are all familiar with Chili's. So, "at best" a regular Chili's in a non-airport location could rate 3 stars. The reason this location get's bumped down to 2 stars is the slow and inattentive service. Since this is an airport location one would hope that the staff is aware that many of their guest's have time constraints. Not so here. If you have 30 minutes and think that you might "pop" in for a quick bite...think again...unless you like playing "beat the clock" that is.
Review Source:My first time eating at this Chili's - it's located in Terminal B (part of the United Terminal) at O'Hare International Airport.
There was a fairly long line to get in - you must wait to be seated. We were given two seats that sat at a railing that directly faces the concourse.
We shared an order of chips with their salsa and Con Queso sauce. I also had their fried boneless Buffalo wings.
Seemed to take a while for our food to come out. The Queso was rather blah, and very average salsa. The boneless Buffalo wings - when they did come out, tasted warm, like they had been sitting out under a heat lamp for a while.
I doubt I will be eating here again!
