I haven't been to Chilii's in a while, they have a pretty good combo lunch menu (soup/sandwhich) like Panera Bread. The quality of food seems to have improved since I was last at a Chili's. Apparently you don't get chips for free if you sit anywhere other than the bar, not sure what that's all about.
Review Source:Went to Chili's with my parents.  The entire reason for this review is the new burger they have. The guacamole burger is amazing.  Best burger I've had in a while.  They served my mom a piña colada with a huge long hair on top if it, made them take it back and they promptly brought another one.  Eh, shit happens I guess.
Review Source:I can't speak for any other Chili's restaurant, but this one in particular has great customer service and the staff are very accommodating, friendly and outgoing as well as professional. Their chicken portions are perfect, not fatty at all, their seasoning is delicious. My favorite dinner is their margarita chicken with beans and rice, but I also love their pasta dishes!!! Yum ;)
Review Source:We stopped for lunch and sat at the bar. Bar person was friendly, although she was alone with a number of customers and was busy. My pomagranate margarita was very good. The chips were too thin. When putting them into dips they broke apart. My ribs were ok but did not seem fresh. My wife enjoyed her chicken. We had not been into a Chillis for a long time. It was ok.
Review Source:Decent Chili's. Â Very predictable and what you'd expect. Â Nothing memorable or something that jumps out at me, but the service was great. Â Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Â I had the steak sandwich which was good. Â My girlfriend has a burger which was good. Â Place was clean, we did go on a Friday afternoon, so it wasn't that busy.
Review Source:One of the better Chili's locations with a friendly staff and consistently good food. Came in late on a weeknight with a party of six, and though the place was mostly empty, the dining room was a bit disheveled and the staff still seemed to be frantic. Despite whatever the distraction happened to be, our service was good and the food good as well. I had a mushroom Swiss burger which was big and juicy, and the fries were fresh and hot. The bowl of chili I ordered as an appetizer could have used a lot of help, however -- too soupy and lacking in hearty ingredients. If you're going to call yourself "Chili's" you might want to offer decent bowl of chili on the menu -- just a suggestion.
Review Source:I love Chilis... yeah i said it. Â Its one of my guilty "restaurant chain" pleasures. Â Not sure what all the gripes are about. Â I have been in this location half a dozen times and the service was always quick and friendly, the chips I have never experienced to be overly greasy, but it is a "fried" product. Â And the salsa, which can be watery at times in my recent experience, was thick and spicy. Â But come on, I'm going in for the Margaritas.... god I love tequila. Â And to my surprise, they consistently pour a stiff drink, even the $5 specials do not skimp on the alcohol, so in my opinion, for a decent drink, some chips and salsa, and amazing southwest eggrolls... I will roll into this Chilis anytime.
Review Source:This Chili's is Ok, Its a Chili's not my first chioce, but every now and again I like to do something different. Salsa is watery and chips were still greasy and very thin.
Got the Smokehouse Jalapeno burger. Not bad, fries were better than the burger though. Beer was cold and refreshing.
It's a Chili's, you should know what you're getting yourself into.
Grading on a recent visit with a party of 6.
The salsa is very watery, and the chips are thin, un-substantial and overly salted (but again - it's a Chili's - I'm not expecting the most authentic tex-mex cuisine). Â That said, we still devoured it and i was happy the salsa wasn't overly spicy.
I had a pulled pork sandwich. Â It's tough to screw that up, and they didn't, but it was nothing special. Â The fries with it were salted too much (sensing a trend).
The waiter seemed like he was trying out material for his stand-up routine. Â That said, it wasn't a bad experience, as some of his material was fairly entertaining.
We got seated near the door (in winter) when the place was not nearly packed - deduction for that one.
They also apparently have happy hour drink and food specials after 9pm, but the food specials are only in the 'lounge' (bar area).
The most watery salsa of your life. I actually enjoy watery salsa, but this was too much. Dip and all you get is a shiny chip with no flavor. I actually enjoy Chili's salsa normally, but this was gross.
The rest of the food was also sub-par. The sliders and artichoke dip were the only things that really resembled food. Don't come here if you're in the mood for mexican. Check out Don Jose Tequila on Atwells Ave.
