The closest, most decent Chinese place I used to go to was on Taylor St, near Pompeii. I was hurt when they closed down. Then CP opened up about 3 blocks from my condo. I was really hoping they were good...

I so wanted to give it 4 stars based on my first visit.  I had BBQ pork egg foo young which was really tasty and had NO old grease taste.  It didn't also have an excessive amount of gravy.  The won-ton soup seemed actually homemade and have alot of fresh veggies in the soup.  2nd visit I ordered shrimp noodle soup.  SO disappointing compared to the won-ton soup!  It had NO flavor and was only noodle with tiny shrimp, not even a sprinkling of green onions or anything.  I tried a few bites and threw it away.  The Mongoloian beef was standard, a little sweeter than I like. Still this is MUCH better than Jason's Wok on Western.  I'll keep going for the egg foo young and won-ton soup.(only)
