Oh, Church's...the middle child of fried chicken chains. KFC, the older brother, always getting the attention, known by everyone. And Popeye's, the flashy younger sibling, with its "Cajun" spices and loud commercials. But Church's gets lost in the mix. Its chicken is bland, and not as crispy as good fried chicken should be. The meat isn't anything spectacular either. Add to that the lack of appealing side dishes, and you've got a lackluster chicken chain.
