City O' City

I don't usually like calling out specific employees at places, but I can't help myself here.  Um, Vinson is absolutely horrible.  After coming here with a group of people the other night, once we all realized he was our server (after each SEPARATELY receiving horrible service from him in the past), we almost left.  

He's grumpy, never refills water, never re-visits our table, and just generally unpleasant.

The food is pretty good, but seriously, City O', get your crap together.  Can't say much good about the rest of the servers either.  In agreement with Jasmine C. below, stop worrying about looking cool and flirting with each other and actually do your job.  

You renovated your space so why don't your renovate your employees and hire people who actually know how to take care of their customers?

YUMMY!! I was so excited to eat at this place. It is a very alternative vibe. The prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious! I loved my Vegan pizza which featured Seitan sausage and daiya cheese! I had to talk myself out of the tempting desserts which I am still kicking myself about. They had an EXTENSIVE menu, and lots of vegan and gluten free options. Anyone could eat here and be satisfied. Did I mention they serve breakfast all day?!

WORST service EVER.   This is the second time I have been here.  The first time was not much better, but they were busier, so I gave them a pass... This time?  They weren't even busy...  We showed up at 2:00 for lunch.  There were 3 of us.  Took 15 minutes to get water.  There were only 4 other tables around us.  Then, when our food came out, one order was missing.  We waited, and ate almost HALF our meals before one of us got up to go find out waitress.  She was at the hostess stand, and they were standing around measuring how tall they were.....  Needless to say...She didn't "measure up" as a waitress...  She gave us some line of BS about the food getting burned and needing to be recooked...  Which would have happened in the time that we waited before coming to find her.  We waited another 15 minutes for the waffle.... Then I had to go find her AGAIN for our check and boxes.  The food was okay, but definitely NOT worth the hassle of dealing with a waitstaff with no personality or skill.  Will NOT be going back .. Ever.  Overpriced and Underserviced.
