The food options at the Fort Lauderdale Airport are few and far between, and Corky's BBQ is the closest thing to a decent meal that won't cost an arm and a leg since everything is way overpriced at airports. You shouldn't have high expectations for gourmet food when you go to the airport, but Corky's will suffice to satisfy your hunger.
On their menu, it says that all of their dinner entrees come with coleslaw and a roll for $7.95. My initial thoughts were "Hm, not too shabby." They have their sandwiches lined up under a heat lamp, so you can just grab whichever you'd like. The other entrees are located behind a sneeze guard and requires the lone employee to scoop for you.
I went to grab a pulled pork sandwich and asked the attendant where the coleslaw and roll were since the sandwich was considered a dinner entree. He said it doesn't come with it despite the menu saying clearly that it did. Rude.
The sandwich was soaked in entirely too much sauce. The first couple of bites were manageable, but getting through the whole sandwich was difficult because there was too much sauce that was too sweet and not enough pulled pork to soak up the sauce. The meat was lost in the bun, which was soft and soggy.
This is probably the best you'll find at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, so it's relatively good. However, if you are looking at the big picture and comparing it to other bbq places, it isn't very good.
