The food was great, the service was awful. Our friends had arrived before us and when we sat down with them, it was at least 5 minutes before the server appeared to take our drink order and our friends were already waiting for their drinks to arrive. When the server did bring theirs, she promptly blamed the delay on the bartenders. I over looked that comment but I know from being in the business for 16 years, you take responsibility, you do not try to pass it off as someone else's fault. We ordered our drinks when our friend's drinks arrived. After almost 10 minutes, I see our drinks sitting at the service bar and our server then comes and brings the drinks over and AGAIN blames the bartenders. As I sipped my bellini, it was room temperature, which tells me, the server was overwhelmed and couldn't get our drinks, which also means your manager on duty was not paying attention either.  Our friends ordered a bottle of wine and instead of going around the table to pour a taste for the host, she reached across to pour and spilled the wine onto the table and continued to pour from that one spot so we all had to pass our glasses over while myself and the other lady at the table not only had to move our settings to make room but also had her arms in our face while she poured which stopped our conversation. The server picked up glasses from the rim, our food was auctioned off when it came and at the end, the server then said the restaurant was short staffed. I could mention more errors, but I hope this warrants retraining of your staff and management to be more involved.
I find this very disappointing and an unacceptable experience to have had at Cucina on Palm Beach, especially one that use to have a good reputation not only for food, but service as well. I will not return to your establishment and pay the higher prices, and have low level service. It was a disappointing night that should not have happened at Cucina.

Atmosphere is better than the food served.  Its a great place to sit & people watch...unfortunately after having dinner & dessert we were rushed out of our table so that they can serve a 5 top.   Very Very unproffesional.    
Its an "italian" restaurant, so let's start with training the wait staff to pronounce the plates correctly & not botch  up the names.   Awful. Wait staff isn't on point. I would definitely expect more from a swanky PB restaurant.
Their Sauce or "gravy" as they call it  is missing something. Bread pudding was more like a soggy Blueberry muffin.

never again !! amateur cuisine and very poor management from owners !!
food is poor and sloppy! i sent an email to their attention regarding the experience i had and never heard back! do they care? yes they do only for our money! never again! don't be fooled! there are way too many options for good italian food elsewhere! don't know how they can be in business!
