Excellent food, service and open until 10 Pm. That last part is a big plus for me. They have a great patio and the weather last night was killer outside.

Love it so. This place is super expensive. I just have to admit that my wife and I make some of their tapas at the house very easily. So why five stars? The reason is the drinks and the servers. I got a margarita here, and for once I didn't have to ask if they use sweet and sour. So many fancy-pants restaurants do, but their drink list made it clear that they were only going to put cointreau, lime and tequila in there. That alone is a reason to take a menu seriously. Beyond that, their servers are sommeliers. Yup, I said that. The gauntlet is thrown down. Their servers are actually knowledgeable, and they are capable of pairing good wine with good food. I ate such good food here, and it was paired with good wine. The wine was so good, in fact, that I bought a bottle at a nearby liquor store after our meal. I proceeded home and drank the good wine, and here is the thing, it was better with the food. That is why I am giving D'vine 5 stars, because they have done exactly what a wine bar does at its best, they have joined food and wine into one experience. I feel good giving this establishment 5 stars, and I do so knowing I will return and enjoy the delightful wines they offer with delicious local ingredients.

Didn't really fancy this place.  I really wanted to like this place but the food was just not up to par with what they were trying to produce.  I tried a little bit of everything, and was let down over and over again.  It is not that the food is bad, it is just not great.  To get the wine and tapas experience right you need to offer quality.  This place just didn't do it for me.

I had the most wonderful lunch here recently, inspired by Living Social.  During lunch, they do have a nicely-varied-but-not-overwhelming menu of lunch specials for ~$7-$8, or of course you can order off of their regular menu.  We had a hard time choosing, since everything sounded so good.  In the end, we opted to share a couple of small plates and a regular plate -- the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, the Hazel Dell mushroom & spinach bruschetta, and the crab cake trio.  We also each had a cup of the lobster bisque.  I also tried a wine flight -- the International Whites.  Sadly, we didn't have room for dessert but everything they showed us looked and sounded delicious -- I may have to come back specifically to try the bread pudding or the salted caramel cake (with a glass of wine, of course!)

This outing turned out to be a pricier lunch than I had intended, but it was so worth it.  All of the food was delicious, but in particular the lobster bisque and the asparagus.  I enjoyed all of the wines in the flight, and appreciated the opportunity to try some varietals I have not had before.  Service was attentive and helpful -- our waiter even remembered to come to ask for my Living Social voucher before totaling the check (I mentioned I had one when we were being seated).  That truly was a first for me.

The downside -- I really hate this location.  Parking is always aggravating -- it will do your blood pressure good to just park by the Sports Authority in the next shopping center and walk to this strip mall if it is a nice day.  Also, there's really no appeal to sitting outside, with all the traffic on Harmony whizzing by.  It's too bad D'vine isn't nearer to the Lincoln Center or other cultural attractions in town, as it would be a nice place to have dinner before a show but is far too nice for dinner & a movie (& the movie theater is really the nearest attraction ...)

Overall a very good date spot. Informal but knowledgeable staff. Cozy atmosphere. Well selected wine list with moderate prices. We a great place to learn about and try wine because of their flights which are 2oz pours and therefore good value and fun.

    Will be back!

Atmosphere: casual and fun - Wait Staff: helpful and enthusiastic. Food and Wine: great flavors and good prices. We loved their flights! They even created a personal flight based on our preferences!

Definitely suggest D'Vine Bistro in Fort Collins for an upscale dinner. We had a Groupon otherwise we probably wouldn't have ever found it or probably tried it due to the price to portion size. The entrees are small but unique and delicious. We had the Duck Confit Sliders and Baked Mac & Cheese with Chicken (Cabatappi noodles, cheddar, gruyere, and gremolata). The tapas were all awesome Greek Meatballs (lamb / beef / feta / yogurt sauce), Panko Crusted Goat Cheese Medallions, and Hazel Dell Mushrooms / Spinch Bruschetta.

Very small restaurant with limited seating, so you may need reservations.

We always have a wonderful time at this hidden treasure.  We have eaten here numerous time in the last year and always had a great dining experience.  I think this in due in large part to Jason, the manager.  He is simply awesome and makes each outing enjoyable.  I love this place.  Great drinks, Wonderful wine list, great food, incredible service and a perfect hidden gem.  Thank you D'Vine.  We will be back often!   Keep the Citadelle stocked!

d'Vine is a nice "wine bar" experience that allows you to experiment and refine your tastes in wine in a non-intimidating environment. With its casual atmosphere, small food plates and great wine at reasonable prices, the bar may become so popular they will need to expand.

Atmosphere:  Stepping into d'vine was like stepping into a sardine can mainly because of the tightness of the room as well as the smell of fish. We assume someone ordered a fishy dish that had no place to air out. There are tables and chairs through the center of this small room and booth like bench seating along the east wall, but don't try scooting your chair out. There is a small bar area but no one was sitting at it and it did not appear inviting in such a small place.

Service:  Our server was quick and polite. She knew her wine and made several recommendations. No complaints where the service was concerned.

Drinks:  We both had and enjoyed a flight of wine.  Some favorites of ours were: Cashmere a blend by Cline, Cabernet Sauvignon by Chateau St. Jeans.  To be honest neither of us is that knowledgeable about wines, but we can definitely appreciate the ones we like.

Food:  The menu is made up of Tapas, flat bread, salads, soups and small plates. We tried the Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus and Hot Goat Cheese, Spinach & Artichoke Dip. All very good but left us wanting more!

My girlfriends and I had a ton of fun. The food was delicious and the wine good. The bread pudding was amazing and I'm told so was the chocolate decadent brownie. I ordered the crab cakes, dates, and dip trio. I can't wait to go back again for date night with the husband!

I have visited d'Vine twice now. Once for Happy Hour and once on a date night with my husband on my birthday. Both experiences I have left with the intent of returning and overall a great experience.

    The Good:
Happy Hour is great, great prices (especially on a Tuesday!) and they have lots of little dishes to choose from to keep away the hunger right after work before dinner.
Date night was a blast - we had a full dinner (ordered lots of little dishes) tried a bunch of wines and made a whole evening of it. The night we were there they had some live music which was fun! The food is AWESOME - enough said. The servers/bartenders are great too - excellent service!

    The Average:
The entrance is very weird, you come in and nobody is at the front to great you, there is 'take away' to your right and just seems like the entrance doesn't do the location justice. There isn't many seats, no problem for happy hour - it wasn't too busy. Date night we had to wait in the corner by the bathroom for a table - seems like that front entrance could be turned into a great waiting area with couches or something along those line.

All in all, if you are looking for a wine bar with small plates of food in Fort Collins this is a great place to go. Date night or with a small group of friends. I would say "Yay! I'm a Fan" and thanks for a fun birthday night :)

Ok, so my bf and I are super busy and rarely have time to cook dinner... Thats where d'Vine comes in. They have an amazing selection of ready to go meals. Its like Super Supper on steroids! Meals like Korean flank steak and grilled tilapia. The prices are fair, on average we pay $15 for a meal that feeds us for dinner and my bf for lunch the next day. If you are too lazy to cook or just cant (like me) this is a great option. Never actually eaten at the restaurant so I cant say on service.

I'm one of those incredibly lucky people who found fairytale love - the kind of rare love that people search their entire lives for. I was fortunate enough to find it at the ripe old age of 17. As a senior in high school, I was engaged to my best friend when every adult I knew told me that I was making the biggest mistake of my life. 13 years later, we're still married and going strong.

This is why when February 14th rolls around, I'm excited to stroll the Hallmark card isles in search of the perfect sentiment that captures the true essence of my love, and plan a dreamy night that celebrates our relationship. Most people hate Valentine's Day because of the cheesy marketing gimmicks, but it's a holiday I embrace because of its meaning. As a result, I'm always on the lookout for romantic dining spots in Fort Collins - perfect for making your lover swoon. I've found a place that will not only make your date night memorable, but it ramps up the charm and flavor in the daylight, making it a quaint little afternoon delight. I found all of this and more at D'vine Bistro.

D'Vine Bistro is hidden in a very small space within the Villagio center on East Harmony. When I say "very small," I'm saying less than 10 tables kind of small. With warm deep gold and burgundy walls, dark wood wine racks, and a large bright window that overlooks their patio, it's sophisticated and cute all at the same time.

The Medjool Dates were pure heaven. Stuffed with herbed chevre and buttermilk blue cheese, and delicately wrapped in prosciutto. They were unexpectedly large for stuffed dates, but had the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory.

We finished the night with desserts - their Red Velvet cake and tiramisu. This is where I became completely enamored with D'Vine Bistro. Desserts are tricky for restaurants to pull off - it takes a certain kind of pastry skill and I'm telling you - they have it. There are few places that I can recommend for dessert, but D'Vine has my heart here. The decadent tiramisu, made fresh in house, could quite possibly be the best I've ever had in Fort Collins. Absolutely incredible!

On this Valentine's Day, I revel in the fairytale love I found when I met my husband, and I'm thrilled to have found a special romantic spot to celebrate our relationship. When you bring your lover to dine at this delightful little bistro that teases your taste buds with flavorful tapas and salads, and wows you with mind-blowing desserts, you're going to be just as lucky with delicious flavor as you will be with your special someone.

*Warning* 30 for 50 gift certificate does not apply on Happy Hour or Daily Specials
We went there on a Tuesday during happy hour, so there were deals on Everything.  Our total bill after 4 wine 'flight' samplers, 4 small dishes, and 2 desserts was $59.  After we presented our coupon/gift certificate, it went up to $85!
Despite that unpleasentry, the wine was all Great, and the food, Delicious!  I think it's a great date place, but if you're Hungry for some Italian...  Go somewhere else or prepare to order multiple items in order to fill you up.

What was the most surprising was the complete lack of effort at any type of interior decor. Additionally, it sits in a strip mall with a view of a very busy street.

Stopped here with my wife on a Saturday evening and we were the only customers and I know why. Looked at the small plates (overpriced for what is offered) and wine list and nothing seemed interesting. Just had Sangria (very average).

To be fair - I prefer beer and whiskey.

I guess if you are looking for appetizers and wine - this is one place to go, but you'd be better served to go to Wilburs and Whole Foods and concoct your own creations.

We discovered d'Vine by asking Siri on our new iPhones about the location of a wine bar.

We would never have tried this place as it is tucked in the far corner of a strip of stores off of Harmony in Fort Collins.

The appetizers were quite good and the wine is fine. However, the atmosphere needs help as it's a little cold.

We live close to Old Town Fort Collins and d'Vine is a bit of a drive for us so we will probably select our usual places near to our home instead of returning.

This opened in August of '11. I have been there twice this month. Both times it was a Saturday about 8. Both times the place was almost empty. This place needs some help by way of decor and lighting. It's a little too open and lit for me, but it won't stop me from returning.

They have a great assortment of appetizers and the prices are fantastic. It looks like they have some great happy hour drink prices as well.

My husband tried the sangria, which isn't something we would normally try, but we loved it.

We've had several appetizers and really enjoyed them. The first time we were there we tried the lemon bar and the lemon berry burst desserts. both were quite disappointing. We weren't charged for them, and we were informed the dessert menu was going to be changed.

The second visit, I noticed the dessert menu had been changed, but the lemon bar was still on the menu.

The servers were helpful, informative and seemed happy.

The wraps (with hummus!) and smoothies here are wonderful!  I love this place and wish there was once closer to my house.  Luckily it is on the way to my Uncle's casa, so I stop here every trip.
