Elliot's Martini Bar

Great music and drinks.  Very trendy.  They should consider having a gay night as I'm sure  locals would love to come here rather than travel down to Denver.

Drinks:
I forgot what the name of the first drink that I had but it was pretty bad. It had absinth, some lemon and a sugar cube, not a fan. I should have known, absinth is not really my thing. BUT! Their lemon drop and cosmopolitan martini's made up for it. Really great drinks.

Food:
Oh god yeah. They have really tasty tapas. Try something, probably can't go wrong.

Side note:
The servers are really awesome. My roommate was super shit faced and falling asleep in a booth, yeah not good for business. The server was very nice when she had to wake my roommate up. I really appreciated their patience while we were closing out to get her home. Especially because I'm pretty sure that my roommate also drunkly spewed some ugly words in her face.

Swank but accessible with great drinks and über cool vibe! Our server was exceptional, friendly and attentive. This has the feel of a 1940's clubs. Limited tapas menu. Rally like you can get a 4 ounce cocktails, so my wife could try a couple without getting too blasted :)
