This is a well run business and has attracted a nice clientele of fun people. Dennis and Maria, the owners, have established a joint that has a real sense of community.This is a safe environment and has good music, games and a top self liquor selection.
I love watching games on their TVs.All the bartenders are responsible good hosts. .
A nice small, dark, intimiate looking bar that makes you really feel you escaped from the rest of the world. It use to be a truck diner many years ago and still has that feel to it with its attractive old wood booths. This place is way better than it's neighbor bar. good bartender servicce to unlike the BS I seem to run with downtown places.
Review Source:Eileens Bar is located on Harlem Ave in Elmwood Park, Il. It is a nice little local drinking spot that has reasonable drink prices. The bar has booths, tables and bar seating. There are five TVs, in the bar which makes it great for viewing the games. They have a digital Touch Tune juke box, a pool table, a bowling machine, a dart machine and a golf machine. The bar is clean and the lights are dim. The food is just snacks or frozen pizza, not a real grill. The bartenders and service is good. The owners are very nice people. For a safe , fun drinking spot I would say give it a visit. Its more of a shot and beer place just so you know. The regulars are good people.
