I've been here maybe 10 times over the last several years, mostly through the drive-through for breakfast at my kids' insistence. I've never had a problem inside (aside from the fact that I just don't think much of Burger King's food, aside from breakfast). But I honestly don't think I've ever received what I've ordered in the drive-through. The staff seems pretty friendly, and the drive-through has never been crowded when I was there, so it's not a problem with service, specifically. I almost suspect either the speaker/microphone is incomprehensible, or the numbers posted on the register don't match the numbers on the drive-through sign outside (though my receipt usually  lists the correct items). Every several months I give them another chance and they get it wrong again. My order is never complicated, usually just two meals from the value menu, and at least one is wrong (usually sausage instead of bacon, or the wrong kind of bun/croissant/muffin. I'm almost always in a hurry in the morning so I rarely go back and complain, but I wonder how they could botch up so many orders, especially because I'm usually the only car in the drive through.
Another peeve is that they offer Icees on the menu, but the several times I've asked for one (again, over the course of a few years), they tell me 'the machine's broken."
Went there today because I had a coupon that is the only reason! There is always I problem on matter what time we go in this place. The person ahead of me was taking for ever to order and we waited 15 min for food to be served. the manager has not got a clue as to what is going on. She is more interested in counting the cash drawer that serving the customers. they had the Chicken sandwich's for 1.04 and people were lined up in the drive threw for this they should of had extra made! there is always a problem when I go in this place it must be different management! very get-ho!
Review Source:Staff does wear gloves. The problem is they never take them off or change them. Make sandwiches, clean the counters, open doors, pick up boxes, work on inventory and then going back making and picking up food for a customer. No glove change. The Staff's response was she wasn't touching the food she was touching the box. She was 'trying' to help since I had been waiting so long, close to 10 minutes. I was the second person in 10 minutes to get a refund. It was grouse!
