This sausage is incredible.  I throw it on the barbecue every chance I can.  Our kids love it too- we'll chop it up and throw it in pasta or soup.  I've also noticed it popping up on restaurant menus around town.  My favorite is the aged cheddar.

This stuff is the shizzle!  What a great idea!  Now you don't have to choose between bacon or sausage - you can have both!  In all seriousness, this is a pretty amazing sausage, and it pairs incredibly with beer.  It's also made locally, which is great, if you're into that sort of thing.
