Dr. Feelgood's makes me think Motley Crue and rock n roll.  I guess it started out that way with a live band - but they did play Gin Blossoms side by side with Kings of Leon. At 11pm, moved into a dance club, with promises of a lingere show (yuck).  Bonus - happy hour and half price drinks up until 11pm. Otherwise, I'm outta here.

Really not my scene at all! Came here one night at about 1 or maybe 130am and all the tables at Monarchy were sold out so the guys we were with had to get a table here. Feelgood's a little too hood for my liking. The music is like rap music and the clientele isn't my cup of tea. It's funny because I can be having a great time at Monarchy, and the second I cross the barrier and walk into Feelgood's the whole atmosphere completely changes...

I'm somewhat of a regular at Feelgood's, so I can say I know the place pretty well.  The drinks are good, the bartenders are friendly, and it is a lot of fun.  I've been here on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.  Saturdays are my favorite night, Fridays can be a little hit or miss and Thursday is just a good day to go and hang out with friends.

Upstairs, there's a second area that is more of a bar kind of environment, with pool tables and air hockey, that is great if you need a break from the action, or just want to lay the smack down on your buddies in some games.  Also upstairs is Monarchy, a more classy kind of night club with electronic music.

I am only giving Feelgood's 4 stars instead of 5 because it regularly draws some real creepers.  Now don't get me wrong, I've done some creeping in my lifetime, everyone has, but some of these guys take it over the top.  I've had to regulate many times.  One particular time comes to mind, I was out for a night on the town with my girlfriend.  A guy kept coming in front of her when we were dancing and pelvic thrusting like there was no tomorrow.  After ignoring him, then both of us telling him to stop, I had had enough of that fuck shit and had to put this fool into the wall.

Overall, Feelgood's is a guaranteed good time and I highly recommend it to anyone, even people who say they don't like clubs, because really, Feelgood's has something for everyone.

prolly best bar we went to throughout our entire stay there.  music had everything from old school hiphop and top 40's to more recent pop mixes.  varied it up quite nicely.

beware the floor gets slicker throughout the night cuz there are many crazy drunken people all around.  the scene varies from really young to really old and very diverse group of peeps.

don't care for the dance scene? go upstairs to shoot some pool.  or sneak over to monarchy for more trancier music.

First time we passed by this bar it was ladies free, guys $5. Then 20 min later it changed to ladies $5, guys $10. As the night goes on the price changes. Oh well... the place really caught our attention and we're not from WPB so we forked over the dough. We opened a tab with Jeff at the bar in the back. He was awesome - he made it a point to remember mine and my boyfriends name as well as our drink of choice! When he would see us coming to the bar, he would quickly open a beer and pour a vodka tonic and hand them to us - no matter how many people were trying to get to drinks, Jeff always gave us VIP service! I absolutely loved the music and had great time dancing the night away. The next time I find myself in WPB, I will definitely pay a visit to Dr. Feelgood's!!

Dr. Feelgoods is the lower level of Monarchy nightclub. It's always busier than Monarchy (Monarchy doesnt get busy till around 1am) and there's always people dancing so if you want to dance, this is the place to get your groove on! They play a lot of rock and pop hits, a mix of oldies and current songs. It's true that it is more trashy and ghetto than Monarchy, but if you're there with friends and just to dance and have a good time, Dr. Feelgood's is a great palce to be. Monarchy upstairs plays a lot more dance/trance music, so not all people will be fans.
It's also across the street from Off the Hookah which is more relaxed as well so you can bounce back and forth if one isn't working for you.

Three floors of different music and fun! From night club to pool hall to lounge, Feelgoods has it all. Music is good and keeps the 21+ crowd dancing all night long. My favorite spot on Clematis Street. Friendly and fast bartenders keep the drinks flowing.

    Dr. Feelgood's?
    1 part trashy
    2 parts ghetto
    1 part dirty
    6 parts don't return
    shaken. not stirred.

Very cool place in an industrial looking space.  We were there on a Thursday - no cover, great rock band, reasonable drinks, free drinks for ladies.  Very good looking crowd...and some trying to be good looking!  Had a lot of fun.  My only dig is that they had the awkward "concierge in the men's room"  Not a fan of that.

    OOOOOO KAAAAY.
    You want fun?  Go here.
    You want ROCK?
    Go here.
You want to see a giant snake shoot smoke from it's nose?
    Go here.

Three floors of giant fun fun fun.  Each floor is different.
Vince Neil, you did West Palm Beach nightlife proud!
So sick of the thump thump house music bars and the annoying arrogant bouncers holding a clipboard and talking to their mouth/headgear like a secret agent/
    Go here.

Best place to chill out and hang and play- yes- wait for it- POOL AND Air hockey.  While listening to AWESOME hairband rock music by NIN, Motley Crue (of course) GNR and Red Hot Chili Peppers.  one more small staircase up and over and you're in that 'cool hip smooth move' part of Dr. Feelgoods, sipping cosmos and feeling like your in the Sex and the City movie.  Great view from this room, and of course, this is where they play the eclectic smooth groove thump thump music.  Not loud and heart pounding- but very hip and kinds mellow. Very playboy mansion cd'sh. remember that CD?  awesome music...

First floor is the dance dance dance floor, with some raised platforms and some spotlights. Great to get your inner go go girl dance moves off and out there in the public.

I will always take my friends who are in town and visiting here.  It's dressy yet casual and hanging out upstairs playing pool and air hockey is the ultimate fun...

Vince- you ROCK, and if you were not so married now- I'd kiss you!

I always have a good time at this club!  It is pretty large with multiple bar areas, and the service is always fast, even when it's busy. My most recent visit was last Friday night, and my friends reserved a "VIP table." It wasn't that private of a table and was located right next to the main dance floor, but we ordered a few bottles ($150 vodka bottle specials) and ended up having a fun time. I especially enjoyed dancing on the stage with my girls at the end of the night!
One perk is that this bar is open until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights, so it's a great place to go when everything else is closed by 2. Another perk is that it is conveniently located between two pizza joints, which is great for late night snacking after a night full of drinking and dancing!

Real fun place. Plenty of bars inside to accommodate the crowd. Music is great. Indoor and outdoor areas plus a VIP upstairs with hip hop music. They have a stage for live bands.

This place is alright.. It doese have three different atmospheres but the techno/house mix room is the only one worth going to. The drink prices are average but I would still suggest drinking a few before you get there to ease your later bill. All in all if your in the area I wouldn't make it a point to stop there unless a few friends are tagging along. Most of the half naked girl bar tenders were nice and made good drinks, the guys on the other hand were awful.. Most likely due to the fact that most guys usually will buy drinks off of the women, or it could of been that they made drinks that tasted like non alcoholic beverages...

After walking Clematis and looking at all the people dressed-up for MoonFest we decided to go here for some drinks and music.  After 10pm cover is $10.  There's two bars, one to get you when you get in, The other closer to the dance floor.  Unfortunately music wasn't that great.  There were times they would play some good songs, we would dance but then ended up looking at each other trying to figure out what they were playing and why they would mix so drastically between rock, to hip- hop, to old rock.  The transition into the different genres of music was definitely off.

Still think it's an OK place since, in the middle of MonnFest madness they  managed to keep wait line outside under control, there were no incidents inside and it never felt overcrowded.

Have a feeling it can be better on a "regular" night.

    *Halloween*

After roaming around moonfest we decided to just go to a club and hangout for the night and Dr. Feelgood's was the lucky one chosen. It wasn't the best but it was ok.

There was a $10 charge for everyone and I assumed it would have been overly crowded but not many people wanted to pay to get in. They have 2 large bars and a few tables in the entrance. The dance floor is spacious and the music was not all that great. They would mix it from rock music to hip hop/ghetto music at one point. lol It was pretty funny to see everyone dance to it.

I think the best entertainment was looking at everyone's costumes and watching everyone dance funny. I will have to check this place out on a normal night but I will definitely not be returning to moonfest.

I really like this place.. I like that they have a total of 4 different areas to chill.. 2 downstairs and  2 upstairs.. downstairs is more club style and upstairs is layed back and chill.. with pool tables and games.. The only problem i have with the place is they are EXTREMELY STRICT with dress code.. A bunch of us went there one night and one of the men couldn't get in because he had on long shorts.. they claimed the shorts hung to low but he had on a belt and they were up on his waist not anywhere near the way that you would think "ghetto" of.. It was wrong.. And i had already paid 10 bucks to park.. bummer!

Dos Grossy Gross guys tried to grab me on my way to the bathroom so I had to go all three kinds of crazy on them.  It loudly worked but I felt VERY unsafe nonetheless and I think that says a lot coming from someone who is from New York City.  It really kind of ruined my night.  I am not into shady grabby creepster characters and I would advise that if your tolerance is also low, go with a large group or a date that will actually walk you to the bathroom and wait for you around there.

I did laugh, dance, and drink though.  But I can do all those things anywhere.  So far, I remain unimpressed.

Great place with 3 different atmospheres. You can rock out to dance remixes at dr feelgoods. Chill out at lost weekends and shoot pool or just watch the dance floor. Or club it up at Monarchy.

I use to be a loyal fan of the old key lime house but the people have just gotten meaner as the time passes and i think they have assigned seats at the bar (no fun), so I found a really cool lil hangout w/a cool atmosphere, and great service, and good music, w/live bands sometimes, it's three floors of adventure- I have a blast every time i go, and ladies night is on Tues night, ladies drink free all night, it gets pretty busy to.................The attractive crowd that pours in doesn't hurt either, unlike the keylime-sorry guys...............so you should really check this place out.

I have now let the Dr make me Feelgood on two occasions. Both occasions resulting in the bouncers almost kicking me out.

Feelgood experience #1 - My 'big bro' and I started dancing on the stage and getting somewhat frisky which apparently is a no no.

Feelgood experience #2 - My co workers and I came here after a night of drinking martinis elsewhere and two of us tried to get up on a table which resulted in the same bouncer from the first telling us that's a no no as well.

So if you want the Dr. to make you feel oh so good. Just enjoy the drinks and dance on the DANCE FLOOR. For they are very strict when it comes to dancing anywhere else.

So this place was great! Beautiful dancers.....the DJ was awesome this past Friday night and we were able to dance the night away. Steven was a great bartender, one of the best I have had in a long time. The lady in the bathroom needs to take a chill pill and maybe be a bit more friendly. It seems as though she hates her job and just gives everyone dirty looks. I am very familiar with the 'bathroom attendant' scenario...meaning you tip them for handing you soap and towels....I think it's a lame idea but I feel the real reason is to keep the drug use to a minimum. However, in every other place I have been to, you help yourself to the items on the counter and then provide a 'tip'. It's too bad because we shouldn't feel forced to tip. A tip is given to someone who does a good job. I reached for the tums and she yelled at me and said, "you have to pay for that!!!!!!" I said, "ok, sure-no problem, how much?" Then she said, "whatever." So really, you don't HAVE to pay for it, but she wanted me to know that I have to tip her. WEIRD. I gave her a tip but was completely unhappy with that part of the experience.

Overall, the bathroom experience made me not want to go back in there and they lost a star for that one. Get someone who at least smiles in there and who doesn't yell at you for using stuff.

The next time I go, I am going to see if there is another bathroom location..........

I have been here a couple times and it is a good time, a must if you are not from West Palm or are Visiting.  I think it gets old after a while because they play the same music every night, and the same type of people are always there.  If you are with a group of people and you want to go to a club to dance and have a good time, then hit up Dr. Feelgood's later on in the night around 12 or so.

Dr. Feelgood's turned downtown  around. The best club on Clematis by far, they play old school tunes as well as top 40. 3 Bars available, and they have a stage where they frequently have shows. A great night out!

My friends and I had a fantastic time here on a Thursday night. The bartenders poured strong drinks, the DJ played great music and we drank and danced the night away. The décor is inspired by Motley Crew's Dr. Feelgood album cover with a huge green snake coming down from the ceiling in the middle of the place - this is Vince Neil's bar, after all. We had a great time and should have stayed here instead of going to Forte (see review)
