sorry guys, I didn't care for it. I even came back a few times after and on non busy days and the service wasn't there, and neither was you steak. Everytime I did go back I mentioned how terrible it was and you staff didn't seem to care.I assumed when my party dropped almost $600 you guys would but ohhh well

We went last night for a birthday celebration with a party of 5.  We had long waits for everything...to place our order, to get our drinks, to get appetizers, salads, bread, refills on water, entrees.   And, when asking the waiter a second time for bread (mind you, we hadn't received ANY bread at this point), he condescendingly reminded us that we had already asked him once (he didn't seem to care that it was 30 minutes earlier).   Our dinner service didn't "flow" and we spent a lot of time with absolutely nothing on the table between courses.  The food was mediocre, nothing to rave about for the exorbitant price.  Keeping the wine flowing was a priority for our waiter, but it was clear that he wanted to make as few trips to the bar as possible to accommodate our preferences.  Our total bill was over $600, and the waiter had the audacity to suggest a 21% tip when presenting the bill.  He's lucky he got 15%, and I struggled with that.  We won't go back, and will not recommend Fleming's to our colleagues and friends.

Great beef, polished service, comfort food, bit pricey. That's pretty much all you need to know.

Fleming's is a "type" - its a high-end steak house along the same lines as Ruth's Chris, Capital Grille and Mortons. Clean yet comfortable (corporate-y) dim interior, great wine list with some value bottles alongside more enviable companions, WONDERFUL melt-in-your-mouth aged beef, complemented by sides and salads that you've already enjoyed too many times before to count - Caesar and wedge salads, creamed spinach, sauteed asparagus, potatoes every which way. Your palate won't be surprised here, but it won't be disappointed either.

Budget-friendly tip: go on Sunday! My family and I went for Father's Day, had a lovely relaxed time. How is this day different from all other days? Well, on all other days, everything is a la carte - $40 for a steak, and $10 each for salad, side and dessert - that could get you easily to $70 per (very stuffed) person, and you haven't yet had a drop to drink or tipped anybody! But on Sunday, they have a prime rib special that, at $40, comes with a lovely 12oz slice, a salad, a side AND a dessert (any one off the menu, not a limited selection). It's the best deal you'll find there, and the prime rib is particularly delicious.
