Golden Nugget... How 'bout Bronze Nugget! ((I gave myself a high five on that one!))
After eating at their rivals across the street, Cornerstone Cafe, I can't help but compare and ultimately recommend their competition. Â Simply based on the quality of food, quantity, and price, this pancake house doesn't cut it.
Unless you're looking for a cliche 1970's diner and mediocre at best food, this is your place. Â Oh, my fiance commented and I agree, the restaurant is the kind of place where they'd film a movie. It does indeed have a very movie-esque feel to it, which I suppose is kind of appealing, BUT that doesn't make up for the food.
I love me some breakfast but sorry GN, I'll have to pass. Â Maybe you'll just be my late night, craving some greasy food, nugget! :)
Quick seating, vast menu and very heavy breakfast. I got the mushroom and cheese omlette with hash browns and toast on the side. There was an abundance of cheese and a bit too much butter on my toast but it was a hearty breakfast. Love that they refill your coffee so many times and they have flavored creamers. I don't know if it beats IHOP for me but it was a good place.
Review Source:Service is "great", friendly and really quick. It took 10 minutes to get the food for all of us ( 7 people), in another restaurant had taken up to 30 minutes, lol.
The food was amaizing, delicius and a pretty good price.
I definetely recomend this place.
I will be back !, lol.
P.S. They need a bigger parking lot though.
