Granite City Food & Brewery

After waiting ten minutes (really) for someone to acknowledge us, things picked up.  Apparently there was poor communication/ lack of management's attention to detail.

went here with my girlfriend a few days ago and got the ribeye.  the sides were good but the steak was rare if not pretty much raw when I ordered it medium rare. It was so bad I had to take it home and recook it just to make it edible.   the waitress said that it was cooked as I ordered it.  the only reason this gets 2 stars was because the the beer that is brewed on site is to die for.  we had the summer shanty.

Patio view was great.  Beer & service were OK.  Food was dry & over cooked; had the walleye and my wife the Mediterranean  chicken.  The guy at the table behind us was a loudmouth jerk.  Just go for the beer...
