Perfect location and addition to slow changing Burien.  Had a sample of a few of there items and all were great.  Roasted chicken was seasoned perfect, served with green beans in a tomato sauce. Great value and flavor. Full bar,TV and really nice owners who understand that the area does not need another Mexican or Teriyaki restaurant.

Located in yet another Burien strip mall and literally in the shadow of the gigantic Kentucky Fried Chicken sign of the franchise located just North of them, The Greek House provides an oasis to the pell-mell array of businesses that surround it.

There's a nice selection of custom cocktails available from said bar as well as a decent selection of beer on tap and in the bottle.  Didn't give the wine list much attention (the Seahawks game was on cut me some slack). They have a really good tzataziki, which is a must , if you plan on surviving as a Greek restaurant. The Tyropitataki and Spanakopitakia were lovely filled triangles of golden brown phyllo heaven.  Each were light and distinct with the flavors of feta, herbs and, in the case of the Spanakopitakia, spinach announcing themselves accordingly.

The Kotopoulo Riganato, roasted chicken in a lemon oregano jus with roasted potatoes and green beans in an onion, tomato sauce.  Now this is good eating!  The chicken was moist and tender and just bursting with that whole-chicken goodness.

Loukoumathes freshly fried doughnuts, drizzled with honey and accented with a little bit of powdered sugar and cinnamon are addictive, highly addictive and a terrific way to end a meal or to start one, I won't judge.

Checked out The Greek House last night and I will definitely be back!  The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is amazing (try the gyro meze on happy hour) and the desserts are out of this world.  No matter what - save room for the doughnuts!

Shauna and her staff are wonderful. The food was great- especially the youvarlakia and souvlaki. Great place for gluten free eaters and a good wine menu. Fun place for family dinner or a date!

We just found a FANTASTIC new restaurant in Burien. The Greek House They are brand new and the food was out of this world. For our Gluten Free friends, they have a bunch of GF dishes and they are clearly marked with a GF on the menu.

My friend (who is Gluten Free) had the Kotopoulo Riganato which is a grilled chicken. She was surprised that it was hard to get the drumstick bone to pop from the joint to remove it until she realized that it is all boneless except for that bone. She loved it. Her husband and I had the Souvlaki Piato, it was well cooked and had a great flavor.

The real stand out dish was the side, you got your choice of house made green beans or a dish called Briami. I asked what it was and was told it was eggplant, zucchini, and squash sliced and cooked in a red sauce. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD! It just melted in your mouth and exploded with flavor. We all had it, even my friend who is not fond of red sauces, she eat every bite of it and really enjoyed it as well.

We look forward to going back and going back often!!

The Greek House just opened in Burien near my work. They have awesome gyros, probably the best I've ever had. They also have a ton of authentic Greek dishes like Pasticcio, Maritha (little mini fried fish with garlic potato dip), and Moussaka. Its all delicious. The bartender was very knowledgeable and recommended me a few great cocktails. The drinks are pretty reasonably priced compared to the other usual spots in Burien. The owner and his family are super accommodating and the restaurant is very cozy. Overall A+ I'll be back!

The food was so good. I wanted to order one of everything,  almost did. The quality of the food was by far the best in Seattle.  Friendly and cosy atmosphere.  Very well decorated with authentic Greek decor. I will definitely be coming back amd recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Greek food.

A big thank you to The Greek House for making its "home" in Burien!  Obvious attention to detail was taken when designing the restaurant, the décor is cozy and inviting.  The food speaks for itself...delicious!...but the kindness and attentiveness of the owner/bartender/waitstaff is what will make you come back often. Welcome!
