Bad experience. Â Wings are ok. Â My wife and I went there with kids. Â Went on a Sunday to watch a game. Â Food too expensive for quality for some items. Â Queso and chips over $5 and you don't even get Salsa. Â Queso is very plain cheese, not like a good traditional queso. Â Slow service regarless of the place being empty. Â "New" management didn't seem very professional or concerned with pleasing the customer. Â Iced tea comes from the "fountain" drink spot instead of fresh brewed, and they don't let you know until you get it, and wonder why it tastes different. Â Seems like they they cater to the "drinking party crowd", more than the general crowd as well. Â Food quality aside from the wings, not the best. It seems like sub-par frozen bar food. Waitress was very unsympathetic to anything that the customer wanted. Â Kind of a dissapointment, b/c it seems like a good place with a lot of potential. Â Might be a good late night spot for people who just want wings and below good quality bar food.
Review Source:Been here many times. Â New management is not doing so well. Â Wing order was reversed, and they acted like it was our fault. Â Made too many "medium", and not enough "hot". Â Potato skins are not even worth getting. Â All they do is pour queso, and put Bacon bits (not even real Bacon!). plus the picture on the internet shows chives on them...not one. Â They are slow,to come to you for refilled and check on you, unless you are a major drunk party. Â Wing are great.
Chips and queso overpriced, considering they don't even include salsa. Â
It's almost like they only want to please a "drunken crowd", and not a customer looking for good beer and good food.
This business will thrive for a while for the party crowd. But...eventually it will lose business to these types of practices and quality.
