This was one of the stops on the Saint Arnold's Sugarland Pub Crawl. I usually don't frequent sport's bars but this one was ok. Â The queso I had was a little fishy tasting (I dunno) Â I did like that each booth has it's own little TV monitor, just incase the game that YOU want to see isn't on the big screen. Â And they have Saint Arnold's on tap. Â Yay!
Review Source:Boring bartender. Did not know how to make many drinks. Asked for an old fashioned and she said she would have to look it up to make it. She came back and said they didn't have bitters. Â Really?? A full bar without bitters? Â A full bar and the bartender has to look up how to make a classic old fashioned?? Â You could tell she wasn't a real bartender. Â More like a bottle opener with legs.
This is the second time that we have visited Stadia. Â Once we went there when it was fairly new and had a similar experience where they didn't know how to make very many drinks and said they would have to look them up on the computer. Â Since they were new we cut them some slack, but the place has been open for a while now. Â If you have a bar, you should hire real bartenders that know how to mix drinks!
Ordered a Maker's on the rocks. Â It was ok. Â Asked for a amaretto sour for my wife and it was super sweet (cheap fake amartetto and/or sour mix). Â
Ordered sliders/fries and they were ok.
Overall....disappointing experience at the bar. Â I believe that you typically get the best service by sitting at a bar...but this place does not follow that pattern. Â Dumb boring bartender with no excitement, conversation, attention or skills. Â She didn't even give me a menu to order any food. Â I had to waive her down after waiting about 10-15 minutes to ask for a menu.
