The three stars are for the friendly service and atmosphere.  The prices are pretty cheap as well.  I had wine.  I would actually give this place 2 stars based on the fact that upon leaving, I reeked of smoke.  Once I washed my hair and everything else, I had to chunk my purse.  It was just full of the smoke smell.

Cheap drinks is the plus side of this place. Unless you're going to be a regular, you better avoid this place.
