Hickory Pit BBQ

Been here a few times... You receive a decent portion but not for the prices you pay.

Personal favorite is the Brunswick Stew as a side to a dinner combo. Mac 'n Cheese is also good, but not consistent in terms of quality each time.

Meat can be cold, has happened twice now, but is still pretty good (for the area).

Delivery service is available, but I sure hope you aren't trying to call them! You can never get through! I tried 10 times last time, each time the call dropped.. I have heard other issues from other individuals so these are not unique instances. It is very frustrating when you are hungry and want to order what you have a taste for!

Service is mediocre, but what else do you expect in a rural college town.

Overall, if you are looking for a casual, unique place in Macomb, IL and are willing to pay a bit more, check it out! But if you aren't set on BBQ, head elsewhere!
