Some girlfriends and I stumbled upon Vitale's one night while we were out looking for something different. We were looking for some GOOD comfort food, instead of having to make our own.
SUCCESS- Vitale's actually has a great menu, good prices, and very good food. If you've ever been to Macomb, you'd know that the variety of restaurants is very slim... Vitale's is definitely worth checking out.. Lots of pasta, pizza, and appetizer selections too.
Service- it's been so long since I've been to Macomb, but I don't remember anything negative about the service.
I was in Macomb for work and saw this place looked pretty good. Â The service was great and the food was very good as well. Â They have a small salad bar but the choice of pastas and pizza is where you should spend your time. Â I ordered pasta from the "Specialties" section- the Arrabbiatta. Â You could tell the sauce was freshly made. Â There isn't a ton of unique food in Macomb, from what I could find, so I'd definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for pizza or pasta.
Review Source:Vitale's is a great (and probably the only) place to get authentic italian food, in macomb. Â They serve huge portions of great pastas and sauces - generally I have enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Â The pastas are a little expensive, however, for the quality and quantity, it is worth every penny. Â They have a nice wine selection and rotate their beer selection pretty frequently. Â The pizza at Vitale's is great! Personally I love their sliced meatballs on my pizza. Â They have a weekday special on pizzas - I believe it's a large for 10.99 - best deal in town.
