Rocky's Bar & Grill

I love this place!!! Yeah, it has no windows but it has some pretty damn good food. I love their horseshoe!!! It's made to order... This time around, I had a roast beef horseshoe. It was delicious... Oh, and I didn't forget the mozzarella sticks.... Which are the best thing on the menu.

I enjoy this place!!! I will return whenever I go to WIU for a visit.

Breakfast in a bar?  Now this is my kind of place!

I went to Rocky's for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised!  i couldn't believe a place that looks like where I would go after 2am would be open for breakfast, full of workmen and professionals alike, and serve a pretty darn good breakfast.

My scrambled eggs were good and the bowl of oatmeal was large enough that 4 people could have shared it, but it was rich and creamy and came with raisins and brown sugar.

And I loved that my coffee cup was never empty! The menu includes omelets, hotcakes and other griddle items as well as the usual breakfast suspects!  And check the chalkboard on the way in . . . .that's where the breakfast special of the day will be located.

Can't talk about what this place is like when it turns into a bar . . .but for breakfast?  I'm a fan!

From the outside this place is a disaster.  For some reason it has no windows, but I do have to say the food is pretty darn good.  They have a nice menu (including breakfast) and the price is great.  It's also not such a bad spot to catch a game, although there are certain areas of the restaurant that are cutoff from viewing a TV.
