As service goes, this was one of the better Hooters restaurants I've been to. Â Lots of good beer, as usual, and the food was up to typical Hooters standards, in my opinion. Â The staff was very polite and extremely attentive, and we had two managers check on us. Â They must be rehabbing their image or something. Â But it seems to be running smoothly, and is a good Hooters restaurant.
Review Source:So first of all the girls working there had no clue about sports. I aked them to turn on the World Series and the waitress had never heard of it!!! I talked to the manager and she changed the tv, well another man asked for a tv to be changed and our waitress chages the tv that I had just changed to the World Series. She focused on every other table besides ours. Terrible place YOu will never get me to eat there again, IN Columbus Ga. Â Yucky
Review Source:I went here on military monday with my buddies in the Army, one friend ordered a coke and got it fast the rest of us who ordered beer did not see our beer for 30 minutes and then we waited a hour and 45 minutes for our food and every time we asked our waitress about our food she would get this attitude and then walk away, not to mention for a hooters these waitresses looked way below average, but the worst and weirdest thing that happened was our waitress sat in between me and my buddy and asked him she could eat our left overs. I won't even mention how bad and shoddy the food was.
Bottom line: I would stay away from this one there's a Bdubs down the road if your craving wings, beer, and sports
I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that this Hooters is one of the worst that I have been to.  Actually, I can't think of a Hooters that is worse than this Hooters.  The restaurant was filthy and the cooks looked like they don't shower.  The waitresses were average looking and not very fit.  They were rude and slow.  I will never be back at this Hooters again.  I suggest you stay away from it also  until they clean up the kitchen and restaurant.
Review Source:What can I say? Â It's Hooters! Â I was there on October 31st and the staff was dressed in their Halloween best. Â Always great service and tasty wings, shrimp and one of my favorites... Lots A Tots (with jalapenos). Â Since my local Hooters closed (dispute with the new Hooters owners), Columbus is my closest Hooters location. Â I stop here whenever I'm in the area.
Review Source:The Hooters in Columbus is the worst I've visited in the nation. Compared to other Hooters restaurants nation-wide and similar restaurants in the area (Buffalo Wild Wings, Smokey Bones, Cannon Brew Pub); the service is terrible, the food is worse, and the ambiance is stuffy. The few times I've visited, the servers are conceded, rude, and act as if they're doing me a favor. The food is sub-standard and does not reflect the quality Hooters markets toward. Overall, this Hooters misses the mark. If seeing attractive women is the only reason one would visit a restaurant, they can visit Buffalo Wild Wings and get great food at the same time for the same price. Hooters of Columbus, GA... simply garbage.
Review Source:I'm a male and I like chicken wings...that means that by law Hooters has to get at least 4 stars. Â Now to the real review...
I haven't been to any Hooters in a while and have never been to the Columbus location. Â Me and few Army buddies decided that it was Friday and we needed some wings. Â Overall the food was good and the service was pretty decent. Â Our waitress was nice and cordial and not bad on the eyes and she was prompt with food and sweet tea (we were in uniform :-( so no beer). Â I ordered my wings naked and extra crispy with spicy garlic sauce. Â They came just as I ordered so I was happy. Â My other two buddies were happy with their food as well.
The waitresses were on some sort of scavenger hunt and I became quite popular because I had a library card in my wallet which was on of the things they needed and apparently the library is not popular amongst the Hooters faithful...go figure.
Will I be back...sure, but only when I'm out with the guys.
I'm sure you're wondering why I'm writing a review for Hooters. Well, to put it simply, Columbus, GA has very little to offer food-wise. If you're "lucky" enough to discover the consumerist hell-hole known as Columbus Park Crossing, then you're doomed to dine at Olive Garden, Chili's, etc. and eventually, for variety's sake, Hooters!
I won't spend too much time on the food. Suffice it to say that the chicken quesadilla is a safe choice. It's on the appetizer list but it's a full serving so it definitely doubles as an entree. The fries come with some sort of dipping sauce on the side, which is apparently quite good.
The waitresses here are pretty incompetent to say the least. Our waitress seemed to have completely forgotten that we even existed. The two times that I managed to flag her down, she seemed to acknowledge me with her eyes, but apparently not her brain. At least they were happy to oblige when we requested to set three different TVs to the same college football game.
