Kind of a weird place. All different types of bars jammed into one spot. Overall, I had fun here, so if you're looking for a one-stop-shop for all your entertainment needs, it's worth a shot. The burgers in the attached restaurant are pretty tasty, and I am sure their scantily clad waitresses will appeal to some people.
Review Source:I'm sure we will one day hear of a Japanese sword fighter stabbing someone with a gun while the jocks jump in and break it up before a cowboy steps in and nails them with his steel-toe's! Â I say this because it's, at least last time I was there, a Japanese bar, a Sports bar, a line dancing bar, and something else with a casino and this is all piled into one oversized building that doesn't have a cut-off valve for drinkers and the entire place exits out of like two doors at 2am. Â Smart idea!!
I used to frequent this place and after a Thursday night you'll never want to go back if you enjoy some sort of relaxation while you drink a beer and if you like to avoid the TAP OUT-type of people and drunk college kids. Â Now, if you're in college....game on. Â The word "moderation" doesn't exist in this bar and it shows by all the fights and arguments you'll hear on a nightly basis. Â I can honestly say I don't think I ever went here when I didn't witness a fight or a near-fight. Â
The one nice thing about The Hub is that it's not your typical "wear our bar sweatshirt" sports bar where everyone knows each other and if you get bored you can go venture around and line dance or practice earplug insertion in the rock bar upstairs that always plays too loud heavy metal. Â Or, if you just want to watch all these different cultures combing into a drunken Fargo Mardi Gras it's always fun to go and people watch....from your car parked across the street.
Again, if you're in the "let's get blasted" phase you might like this place. Â If you get annoyed with noise or have any sense of liking relaxing, I'd steer clear of The Hub.
This is actually a fun place. There is something for every taste and style. I've never been to a place where hip-hoppers, country music cowboys, rockers, sports bar frat boys, and Miami Style playboys could meet under the same roof.
Good times. Thursday seems to be their best night as it is ladies night.
Good times!
Well you must not have been there on a busy weekend. Â It can get uncomfortably packed! Â The Hub is a great place to go to if you're in the mood to watch a fight, watch someone get kicked out, or if you're lucky, watch someone vomit. Â There is always a dramatic story you can tell somone at the end of your night about something that happened here. Â
It is pretty cool you can pick which kind of bar you want to chill in though. Â If you stop in on Thursday nights at the Monkey Bar in The Hub, the "Monkey Bar Mistress" sets up her own bar and literally spanks you with a paddle with your pants down when you buy a drink from her. Â Actually, pretty entertaining.
I stopped by this club last saturday. To my surprise, the place is very large! It got 4 or 5 places in one, so its quite fun, they have the Xvenue which is the dance floor then they have their own country style club, they also have the asian bar and the monkey bar for you to mellow out. They also have their own sports bar and little casino. Lets just say, if they made this in Los Angeles, this place will be swarmed with people. But for little Fargo, this place really taken me by surprise in term of how huge this place really is. Security is a little bit tight, so make sure you bring your identity card that proves who you are. Oh, its not really that crowded too.
