O'leary's Pub

I've been here throughout the years.  Went here a lot right when I was in my early 20's and usually every time I've been back in town.  It has seen some changes in staff and vibe but it's still a fun place to hang out.  A few years ago I remember there being more of a 'tough guy' mentality of a crowd but lately it seems a lot more mellow and enjoyable to hang out at.  The bartenders are always friendly and you definitely get your moneys worth on drinks.  There's usually a live band on the weekends and I think they do karaoke during the week sometimes.  They also have pull tabs, a jukebox and pool tables so there's a mix of stuff to do to keep you occupied.  Surprisingly enough, for being a bar the food and menu is excellent.  Most bars in town just do the burgers and fries routine but they have quite a selection to choose from and it's always been enjoyable.  Definitely the best bar in that little south Moorhead grid there.
