  The food was great and reasonably priced. Cute atmosphere... Good service. This place seemed more intimate and personal than your average run-of-the-mill Italian restaurant.

  I am all in favor of trying new neighborhood places and when friends suggested we find a new place in my new neighborhood I was up to the task.
  
  The moment I walked into Isle of Sicily I felt it would be different from other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood.  It looked and smelled just like the little restaurants in Italy!  Ten or twelve tables, little service bar, and the owner out in front greeting diners.  
  
  We ordered a bottle of wine, delicious wine, perfectly priced, a few starters and our dinners.  The ONLY glitch was the waiter, who was rather new at the job but for the most part the food and service were wonderful.  Each of the dishes were fresh as can be, good portions without being skimpy or ridiculously abundant.  The bread was freshly baked, the vegetables were all fresh and each component was really fresh and tasty.  The owner came out several times and chatted with us, even asked our opinion on the "work in progress" decor.  He was gracious and warm, took an interest without being too chatty.  A lovely man, to be sure.  
  
  We all look forward to dining here again and wish the owner and staff great success.
