Well, this is your typically old man dive bar. My grandpa has been coming here for yeaaarrrsss, and I used to go along with him as a kid. I used to get served kiddie cocktail after kiddie cocktail. We all know this is the method adults use to get the kids to want to stay. So on NYE I decided to meet him out.
I can't really remember but I think they have a pool table. The booze is CHEAP. 1.50 for a bottle of Old Style.
Please shift over to my neighborhood?
Place is kinda of annoying tvs kinda shit
ty. Bartenders are disco queens and generally blasting music but do a pretty good job. Prices ok and they will comp one here and there. Overall decent dive bar.
I have to say this place us growing on me almost like a poor man's nightclub at night especially on Friday and Saturday
This spot is one of those establishments with somewhat of an identity crisis. They do have sports on the tube here, but the music blares like youre at a nightclub. And they have food as well. As a matter of fact, they have interesting options, I believe they serve lamb chops as well. The bartenders are nice here. Was shocked to pay $5 for a shot of Malort, but be nice and tip well and it'll all even out. They are generous as far as comping the occasional drink here. An interesting joint for sure, and overall not a bad neighborhood bar.
