Jeffs Restaurant & Bar

We were actually going someplace else, but not soon enough, apparently. It appears the business folded up. So we spied this place and decided to take a chance. Honestly, I have had better fish fries, but the value was outstanding. 2 pieces of cod, choice of potato (Had the potato pancakes, which were just OK) soup or salad (I had chicken dumpling soup, other choice was clam chowder) and the standard cole slaw and marbled rye bread. It was $7.50, I believe, and included dessert. Total bill for two dinners, an iced tea and a stout beer.. $19.23!
