Mulligans Irish Pub & Grill

The atmosphere is great for families, friends, or people who just want to get wasted. I had amazing broiled fish with lemon and rye bread. My boyfriend and his family enjoyed the pretzel with cheese. I love irish pubs, and this is on one of my favorite lists.

Yummy and healthy, Blueberry Steak Salad! I have had it 3 times now!!

Also tried the caprese sandwich, LESS the bun!  With portabella - really good! you don't need the bread!

I love going here for lunch when I meet with friends on a workday :)
Service has always been good, as well.

What happened last night?

My husband and I went to Mulligans for a fish fry about 8:30 pm. We have been there before and were very satisfied with the food and service.

Last night we both ordered the haddock fish fry under the impression that it was three pieces of fish. My husband would never return to a place where he received two pieces of fish. The two pieces of fish we each received were very greasy and obviously were not freshly made (batter was not the least bit crispy), My potato pancakes were not fresh either. My husband made the comment that there were more french fries in a small order from a fast food joint than with his fish fry. The cold slaw was very good.

Now the service - our fish was delivered very fast but unfortunately we did not receive the soup we ordered, My husband was never offered ketchup for his fries.

I wonder when waitresses will learn to give change back in small bills, Our change was 11.00 plus silver and the waitress gave us a ten and a dollar bill plus the silver. We had no smaller bills so she got the dollar and the change. Our bill was less than 30.00 so a ten dollar tip was out the question except for extraordinary food and service.

Don't know if we will ever return.
