Jenuwine Cigar Lounge

I keep coming back whenever I'm in town. They've got an immense selection of cigars. The walk in humidor is larger than many cigar shops I've been in. Best place around to enjoy a smoke and a drink in their lounge. Hightop tables and leather chairs and sofas throughout the lounge. Live acoustic music several nights - 10-string guitarist tonight, piano man tomorrow. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was so disappointed, as far as establishment the place is beautiful ,and I agree great selection, but the service was beyond deplorable by one employee inpertecular I      belive his name is iean..? a chunky fellow glasses and dark hair ,his indifference to a sale and demeanor are just downright rude. I had heard this before but ignored it due to the wonderful experience I had with a younger black sales person before, he went above and beyond (and thank you if you read this). I would think with the recent addition of the bar they would be trying to offset the cost by good service , I guess not , but it was good to know not even my cash was good there , even after watching this individual be more concerned playing with keys on the front counter, and working hard at avoiding clientelle for over 20 min. He was  just allowing this poor young blonde girl be overwhelmed with a long line waiting to be rung up we asked politely for service 3 times and were rudely told "if you cant find it I cant help you " and turn and walk away well I go here at least once a month maybe 2 months and drop in excess of 1,000 each visit I know mabye that's peanuts to a big company like that but service should be at least to the level of FAIR no matter if you are purchasing a 8 dollar cigar or spending 8,000 . and the sad part was I had brought a couple in with me to show off the place because I told them it was nice. I do not like writing bad reviews but this was just beyond out of line. Even to the point I cut my order in half because I still needed a few boxes (still 5 at almost 140 a box) went to check out and proceeded stand in line with 4 others as I asked the status on one other brand the individual could not even bother to acknowledge looked up with all his keys and walked away AGAIN! . leaving  this one gal to ring up all sales and wait tables . I hope mgmt takes a good look at their staff after this expansion it would seem good workers are getting overlooked while the customers are left to suffer with downright elementary level rudeness. Bad form guys  Bad form.

You pay top dollar, BUT the choice is endless. They will have that special cigar that is hard to find.
The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is mainly because of the HIGH top end price. I was going to drop it down 3 stars because the thermostat said 76, but take in concideration that the humidor room is HUGE I let it slid.
