For a brief moment in time, my office was one block outside of the delivery zone for this location. It was a bummer. Every now and then, they'd let us slip through the cracks and allow delivery, with us tipping handsomely for the trouble. Now it appears we're back in the zone, and we still tip handsomely.

Everyone who works here is really awesome. We've never had any trouble with incorrect orders, and our sandwiches arrive lightning fast, even when its rainy or temps are in the negative. We totally appreciate it, dudes. You're the best!

I'm generally a fan of JJ's, but this particular location is sub-par. Stale bread and lettuce that tastes like it was frozen then thawed are common. If you can, go to Vinnie's one block east on Grand.

Ok, let me start by saying I was ordering reluctantly because generally I think Jimmy John's product is low quality crap. (which accounts for two missing stars) Follow that with my bosses used to have them deliver quite frequently, and about 60% of the time something was screwed up.

But the thing to note is that this location has delivered to our address probably 100 times. It is four blocks away.

So I'm starving, in a hurry, and locked to my computer.  Jimmy John's was the answer.  I place an order and about 5 minutes later (which is usually how long it used to take for them to deliver) he calls back and tells me that I am out of their delivery area.  we are 1639 Ferdinand, they stop at 1600.  Now.  They used to, but they don't now.  Despite the fact that the amount of time I was on the phone with them was far longer than it would have taken a rider to get back and forth.

The geographically impaired manager even tried to give me the phone numbers of stores that were three and four times further away than this one. "Maybe they will deliver to you."

So now I am hungry, and angry, and without a crappy sandwich.

Why the hate? This place is great. I like it more than Bari deli a block down that everyone raves about. (bread here is softer).  Way better than subways. Just as good but different from potbellys so not comparable (potbellys is more toasted bread). Thoroughly enjoyed the Italian w hot peppers. Thoroughly enjoyed writing this review as well.

i actually pick up from this JJ's all the time as it's the closest one to my house...today i was sick though and just felt like having it delivered...the store that normally delivers to my house closes at 9pm (and is oddly a mile further from the Ogden location), so I called the Ogden store to see if they could help me out...they "checked on it" but were not allowed to deliver to my location due to it being outside of their range...even thouhg it's literally 6 blocks from my house and much closer than the 9pm store...

anyway, i still generally like the place, but due to the customer service i got from TIM, i'm tossin' out only 3 stars...thanks for the assistance and outside of the box management in my time of need...Tim.

I stop in here for a sandwich to go once or twice a week. I'll say calling these sandwiches "gourmet" is quite a stretch but they are good. The parking lot is small but I am grateful there is parking, period. Service is always very friendly and extremely fast. As in, there is a song on my car radio when I turn the car off. When I get back in my car with my lunch, the same song is still playing. And let the record show, today's song was "Here I Go Again" from Whitesnake, not "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" from Meat Loaf,  or, Heaven forbid, "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" from Iron Butterfly.

Food is fine, but they never fail to screw up something in the order if you're having it delivered. Wrong flavour chips, a condiment missing (or an extra one,) whatever, they'll figure out someway to mess it up.
Delivery is great, the bikers are nice.  I just get the feeling the sandwich makers smoke waaaay too much weed.

Ok, weird to be reviewing Jimmy John's, but it has a huge perk - open until 10:00 p.m.
Bari closes early, and I would never eat Jimmy John's during Bari hours, but its good to have close by for last minute eats.

This place has finally opened, the last store in the mini-strip center at Grand and Ogden.  Seems like their working out some kinks, however everyone seemed friendly and happy to be working.

Foodwise, if you've been to one Jimmy John's you've been here. It's convenient and there's parking. Sorry I wish I can say something outstanding here, and don't get me wrong I will be back my sub was good and everything was fine.

Overall, they'll do well because of the location. However, if I can I'll make my way over to Bari's or some of the other local spots. Location wise, they're in the thick of a tough crowd.
