  if you would like to order a sandwich that smells like cigarettes or a bad car freshner, then i HIGHLY recommend ordering from this store.

  Ridiculous that they do not deliver 1.5 miles north near downtown Des Plaines.  Looks like we are still waiting for "our" Jimmy Johns.

  This place is about the bread.  This is what separates it from the subways and quizinos of the world. The roll has a nice hard crust that's less airy and more compact then your subway bread.  It's what make the sandwich stand out.  Funny but onions are no where on the menu.
  
  The staff at this store was not at all friendly or courteous.  No hello or thank you . Just what do you want?  The place was empty so I guess that's just the way they do things.

  Bad customer service! I used the drive thru. WHen I got back to work they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called, they told me to come pick it up. I told them they deliver, so deliver mine. They said it would be 15 min. I called, they said its on the way. 1/2 lator I got my warm sandwich. The delivery guy did apologize, which was nice. The guys answereing the phone could care a less.

  I ordered 26 box lunces from this Jimmy Johns. They got every one of them right - SCORE! The food was as it was supposed to be and it was ready on time. The only thing they did not get right, was putting most lunches in a box that I could not pick up and then handing me the two that did not fit in the gigantour box. But I would give them business again for doing what they are supposed to do, make good food fast.

  Finally, they are open!... And I couldn't be happier than a puppy with two tails!
  
  This JJ's is clean - and everybody on their staff was welcoming and nice. Bet on hearing several "have a good day!"s on your way out!
