JOEY Southcenter

JOEY('s) Southcenter is a nice addition to the Southcenter Mall. I am going to call it the Southcenter Mall because that's what it was called when I was a kid and it used to look horrible with a few fountains in it here and there.

The food is solid at this location just as much as it's solid at their Bellevue and Lake Union locations. I am certainly a fan of their food. It's simple and it's priced right. Also, of course, we all know the servers are attractive. Is the service spectacular? No, not so much. It's fine. I've had much worse service at some rando' place than at JOEY('s).

Note: If JOEY is all capital letters, does it stand for something? Should it be J.O.E.Y.? Is it Spanish? Joe y _____?

My brothers (not brotha's) enjoyed it as well as this was their first time here. They don't get out much but enjoyed the game on the tele, and all the other things I previously mentioned. I think of all the restaurants at the Southcenter Mall, this is probably your best bet. The super sonic something 'onic will always get you merged on the 'freeway'.

Update..after 2 managers, several new employees and 3 years later, this place is still a 5 stars establishment. I heard that they may be getting rid of my all time favorite long island slush  but that has yet to be seen. I do miss seeing the old employees and managers but changes are good i guess (somewhat)...the new waitresses are still getting acclimated to their job and im a fair guy so ill be patient..but on another note, i really hope they bring back their chili chicken one day..

Overall, after exploring plenty of new lounges and/or date spots, Joey is still my  'go to' place to alleviate a hard weeks work and/or to elevate my pre funkin status before hitting the city to marinate on life...Great job guys!
