Love the decor. Â Much bigger and nicer than what appears from the outside. Â Bar lounge looks really nice too. Â As for food, we ordered dukboki, cornbaked chicken and spicy chicken. Â Spicy chicken was nothing special, just hot n sweet sauce over chicken. Â Cornbaked was the best chicken ever. Â I normally prefer crispy fried chicken over baked but the corn batter makes it so crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Â Dukboki was good too and we enjoyed the fried mandoo, sweet potatoe and even the battered boiled eggs. Steamed egg dish in a stone pot on the house was greatly appreciated.
Review Source:My good friend and his fiance took me here the other night. Â Upon walking i was quite impressed by their decor. Â Dark wood with modern styling features. Â It's quite large place with a dozen to baker's dozen number of booths with billiards and small lounge area. Â Most booths are really for 4 people comfortably (maybe 6 if you're anorexic, but if your BMI is greater than 30 forget it...then only 2 people). Â I think I saw a booth that fit 8-10 people ,but I can't be certain b/c I left the place somewhat intoxicated after drinking half a pitcher of beer. Â Atmosphere is good for date night or for 4 good friends. Â Any larger of a group than you'll risk being split up between groups and unable to really interact as the booths really divide you up well.
DIdn't sit in the lounge area, but it looked nice. Â No one was there that night except the bartender. Â It was a tuesday night.
We had the this baked chicken with many spring onions over it. Â Really juicy. Â I'm wonder whether they dipped it in oil first b/c it's hard to keep the chicken from drying out when baked. Â Nonetheless it's very different from your typical fried korean chicken wings. Â Verdict: Â very good juicy baked chicken wings, just wish it had a little more flavor.
Looking forward to coming here again with my buddies.
