HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Is this place for real?!?!?!
WOW! Just WOW!!!!
So this is officially the worse KFC I have EVER been too. Worse business period.
During the summer months I came here once. I can understand why they have bulletproof windows. In fact, I'm surprised this location doesn't have an exception to local laws as to where employees can carry firearms as well for their protection.
....... I can't even comment on the service and quality of food......
But I will say this, if you are ever shopping for bootlegged movies, socks, cologne, or even listening to other patron's music via their cell phones, this is the location for you. One stop shop.
Now I'm kicking myself in the butt. I'm regretting not taking a picture of the booth being held upright by 2 huge rocks and posting it as the store front photo.
The worst KFC (&A&W) location I've ever been to.
Yeah, this is in a pretty seedy area, and pan handlers have no problem walking up to your car while you're in the drive-thru. So why have I been here three times? Well, it's located between I-90/94 and my apartment.
It's a normal southside fried chicken chain restaurant location with bulletproof glass bank teller-like drive thru boxes. That is, you give them payment, and they retract the box, and then deposit your chicken in return. Par for the course around here. The closest locations Harold's and Popeye's Chicken have the same thing.
Recently, I purchased a Double Down from this KFC (yeah, I know). The sandwich is probably disappointing under even favorable conditions, but it took an amazing 15 minutes to get it through the drive thru in the early weekday afternoon. As with my prior experiences, there was no service when I pulled up the the bullet-proof box "window." Eventually, they took my credit card, which they had to walk clear across the kitchen to process. Then the server disappeared for another while.
When my over-hyped sandwich was finally deposited, it was cold.
Never here again. I shouldn't be eating at KFC anyway...
